Per the Rental Dwelling Ordinance, a background investigation was required for each applicant. In addition, the Police Department reviewed calls for service to these locations to help identify potential problem properties. The Community Development Department reviewed the application, inspection report, rental density, and code compliance requirements. The background investigation, inspection report and code compliance review on the property listed above did not reveal any incidents that would result in a license denial.
