Installation of the Win-version After downloading from the server you get an .EXE-file that you start by double-clicking. The installation proceeds automatically. The installation program suggests a directory that you can accept or replace it with a directory of your choice.
Installation of the Mac-version After downloading from the server you get an DMG file that you start by double-clicking on it. At first you have to drag the application CameraMan into the program folder and then from there into the dock.

First program call
„My firast script“. This entry can be changed to the name of your project. If you accept the terms of CameraMan at this point, you can change to a later time.
After the first program start you have to accept the license terms. In the following window you have the possibility to enter the serial number or to obtain a license.
With Continue you get to the entry layout for your first project. Above left you see the name and the length of any previously entered shots. Clicking on Order license will take you to our partner Share-It which will settle the online purchase for CameraMan. After your payment you will receive your serial number via email. Have you already purchased a serial number, please click Enter serial number and enter your serial in the next window – after that the program is released as a full version. Do you want to test CameraMan first in demo mode, click Not Now.
The cursor is already in the first box – picture (yellowmarked ). With the Tab key you move on to the next field, with Shift-Tab back to the previous field.
First Run No matter which of the three options you choose the window First Run appears. Here you can enter your name as author – CameraMan suggests automatically the name of the logged in user (in the image owner). In the field below you can enter the title for your project, CameraMan proposes
At the first start of the program it opens the layout for the simplified input. Klicking the Shooting Script-button you can switch to the layout for the shooting scripts.

Tip! Start script-writing in the simplified view. So you can concentrate fully on the description of picture and sound. Only when the script is finished, you should prepare the shooting script and switch to the shooting script view.
