Executive Education

The three compulsory training blocks are to develop the basics and opportunity for specialization.

• To enhance the management capabilities and leadership network in Saudi Arabia • To support the Kingdom’s international competitiveness with leaders who have best-in-class knowledge and practical experience

Target Group:

• The program is specially designed and suitable for middle managers from the business and public sectors organizations

Duration:

• The program includes six modules with five training days each. The modules will take place every eight weeks during the one-year duration of the program.

Assesment:

• Case study solution and presentation • Overall presentation at the end of the program.

Qualification:

The participants can get two types of joint Alfaisal-EBS-Certificates • Certification of Attendance (after each module) • Certification of Competence (after successful completion of program).

The participants choose and complete two from the possible three elective courses based on their specialization and focus

To give an overview on best in class strategy management and execution, as well as performance management tools and practice.

To introduce and illustrate the key functions, tools and structure of a management control system in organizations, as well as its connection to managerial decision-making.
