Service network – with fast reaction worldwide! With Rehm as your partner, you‘re automatically linked to our worldwide service network. If required, our service employees are placed at your disposal within less than 24 hours. And our experts are also available on the weekend via a service hotline which has been set up especially to this end. Replacement parts are supplied either from company headquarters, or from one of our branch offices which are located all over the world. All of our sales offices are staffed with qualified service personnel.
All of our service personnel are prepared for the tasks they‘ll be faced with at our customers facilities by means of regular training programs. We are able to ensure that all service employees demonstrate consistently highlevels of technical know how. Consequently, any service calls which may become necessary can be executed smoothly and effectively.

A strong team ... Efficient sales structures
In the business-to-business market, the customer structures form in a very heterogeneous manner. Both regionally and in each respective sector, customers are distinguished from another by specific features and customs. The same applies to the Rehm Group’s sales structure, which delivers thermal solutions to customers all over the world; customers with very diverse requirements, who need to be engaged and accommodated. This is exemplified in the automobile industry, where the customers are cared for personally and sales representatives form an intrinsic network.

The demand for equipment differs from branch to branch. There are both SMD production facilities working with a single line and high-volume production halls where up to 15 lines are run simultaneously. With the help of a modern customer relationship management concept, all customer-specific data is compiled and coordinated into sales activity. Regional sales managers, active on site throughout the world, are there to assist the customers. They are able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and are distinguished by their competence, experience in the sector and knowledge about processes and products. That is no wonder, as some of them have been working successfully in the branch and for Rehm for many years.
