1.1 Bullet Magnets--Pipeline Magnets

1.1 Bullet magnet Housed bullet magnets remove ferrous elements, especially nuts, bolts, washers, staples, rust etc., from pneumatic lines and conventional supply lines. Usually used in first phase pneumatic systems for tramp metal removal and installed where ingredients enter the lines as well as at the first processing stage. The unit is designed to prevent ferrous items damaging expensive equipments, such as grinders, mixers and screw conveyors. The ‘bullet’ magnet is mounted in the center of a casing of stainless steel. Designed to not affect product flow. Stainless steel 304 and 316. Decomposed for easy cleaning. Light and compact.

1.2 Magnetic Liquid 1.2 Magnetic Liquid Trap Filters are Trap Filter designed to remove ferrous contaminants from liquids, syrups, food, Chemical, Paint, Printing Ink, Lubrication Oil, Cutting Oil, Ceramic, Colorant, Sugar and Pulp in wet. The high intensity neodymium magnetic rods are assembled or welded in an Easyclean assembly. The rod assembled guarantees maximum exposure of contaminants to the magnetic field without impeding flow. Used in liquid and slurry applications Filters are available in two versions: single wall or insulated. Insulated filters are used for applications where high line temperature is essential to maintain the viscosity of the product e.g. chocolate, syrups, jaMLT, sauces. Both versions are tested and certified with a maximum pressure of 6 bar standard. A 20 bar maximum pressure version is available on request. All contact parts are stainless steel 304 and 316. Wide variety of magnetic tube selection. Available ferrule and flange fitting. Standard acid cleaning finish for inside and out. Also available buffing finish. Material: SUS304, SUS316L

2.1 Chute Magnet / Magnetic Drawer 2.1 Chute Magnet / Magnetic Drawer separator are usually installed in gravity pipes for quick access to magnets and chutes to remove larger items such as nuts, bolts and washers, preventing damage to process machinery, for various industries such ceramics, glass, food, in organic fertilizer ect. Drawer in housing type ferrous metal separators are designed to allow quick and easy removal of tramp of metals in adjusted intervals, virtually no reduction in product flow rate and easy installation with connection of flange or ferrule.

In manual cleaning system, the operator pulls out the drawer by holding the handles in the front of housing. In automatic cleaning system, the same operating is done by two pneumatic pistons instead.

2.2 Hump Magnet 2.2 Hump magnet are used in situations where ferrous particles have to be removed thoroughly from large quantities of raw materials, used in gravity flow or pneumatic applications forcing product flow into the magnetic fields. Hump magnets are available in manual and automatic models and are strongly built with a S304 or S316 stainless steel or steel housing. GME Hump magnets have a wide range of uses and are easy to incorporate in existing systems. A valve box is built in to the Hump magnets to remove the ferrous particles that have been collected. Once the valve box has been opened, the magnets can be turned away and the ferrous particles will then drop out of the system via the side exit. Both manual and pneumatic versions are available in all models. With the pneumatic versions, a push of a button is sufficient to remove all the ferrous particles collected in the valve box chamber. Optionally, this type can be supplied with an electrically operated valve. All the components of the pneumatic system conform to the ISO and CETOP standards.

3.1 Plate Magnets 3.1 Positioned above conveyors to prevent foreign bodies being introduced to grinders, screws and other valuable tools. Plate Magnets can be used in harsh environments, humidity and temperatures. Wide range of use over or under the shooter, hopper, duct and conveyer for dry or wet condition. These magnets generate a strong magnetic field that penetrates deep into transported product to extract metal contaminants. The magnet has five stainless steel sides and a painted steel plate with attachment points for attaching suspension chains. Features 1. Complete Stainless plate shielding for even dry condition use. 2. Available custom design for flange and any type of connections. 3. Available barrier stop design higher attraction force. 4.1 Drum Magnets / Magnetic Pulley 4.1 Simple exchange from the head pulley to magnetic pulley will transform a conveyer to separator of iron particles from the raw material. It’s the No.1 item for food processing factories, chemicals, minerals and to recycling facilities. The drums is mounted at the outlet of the carrier or directly above a vibrationary feed. High intensity rare earth magnets are mounted in a wear- resistant stainless steel drum. The shell of the drum is supported by high-quality sealed bearings that provide reliable and smooth rotation around the magnetic element. Features 1. Selection of vertical and horizontal pole. 2. 5.1 Magnetic Grill / Grate Magnets

5.1 Permanent magnet grids or Grate magnets extremely efficient at removing ferrous contaminants from the flow of dry goods such as sugar, grain, tea, plastic pellets and chemicals powders, which placed in pipeline systems, hoppers, chutes, etc., to separate ferrous particles from materials flowing past the grid, and provide effective protection against contaminants such as rust particles and stainless steel resulting from mechanical wear of processing machinery. To ensure durability against corrosion and wear and to supply good mechanical strength, all parts of the casing that come in contact with the material to be decontaminated are made from stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316). By carefully calculating the dimensions of the entire system, the resistance to the material flowing through is small and the chance of bridges forming is minimal. GME permanent magnet grids with neodymium magnets are suitable for temperatures up to 80°C. There is also a version available with a demountable magnet system for simple and thorough cleaning

6.1 Magnetic Filter Bar/ Bar Magnets 5.1 Easy installation requires limited area such as production flow exit or transition area to remove contaminants. Food processing factories require stainless steel for almost all production lines, so the metal contaminants are changing to stainless materials. Nonmagnetic austenite family, SUS304 or 316L can be attracted by magnet if shock (cutting, shredding, twisting, grinding, pressing, buffing and polishing), welding and rubbing are applied. Deformation will cause magnetic attraction. 1. Wide selection from High magnetic force (12,000), Standard (10,000), Heat resistance ( 9,000, Ferrite(φ25, φ32). 2. Pipe Material: SUS304, SUS316L, Titanium 3. Tap end and thread fabrication can be arranged. Standard tap M6, M8(depth 1220mm). Custom design can be arranged. Non-standard tap is also possible .
