Prices valid until 31.12.2017 This agreement may be cancelled within 10 day at DVS Media GmbH, Aachener Straße 172, 40223 Düsseldorf. For keeping the term it is sufficient to send off the withdrawal in time.
Conditions of supply and payment for the welding periodicals
All subscriptions contain the present VAT which is mentioned separately in our invoices. In addition the mailing charges are invoiced. Orders for subscriptions without any time limit are treated as a continuous order. Invoicing is effected by annual volume or 12 month resp. Discontinuation will be accepted at the end of a subscription year considering 6 weeks notice. Deadline is the 15th of each month.We will supply the periodicals only after receipt of payment. Single issues of past years and complete annual volumes will be supplied at the prices for the current year
Online utilisation conditions The utilisation of downloaded files will be limited to max. three computer systems within the framework of the subscription. Each downloaded file must be authorised on the corresponding computer system with the access data provided by us (order number and customer number). Any improper utilisation (non-licensed distribution or publication) of downloaded files will result in the immediate deactivation of the access without any right to the reimbursement of already paid charges or to further legal steps.
