ANSMANN AG Angefangen hat alles in einer kleinen Garage. Dort legte Edgar Ansmann 1991 den Grundstein für das heute weltweit agierende Unternehmen. Mittlerweile hat sich die ANSMANN AG zu einem der bekanntesten Hersteller mobiler Energielösungen entwickelt und beschäftigt an acht Standorten weltweit rund 400 Mitarbeiter. Über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Fertigung hochwertiger Akku- und Ladetechnik für Industrie und Handel führten 2010 schließlich zur Gründung eines eigenen Geschäftsbereichs für Antriebssysteme. It all started in a small garage in 1991. It was here that Edgar Ansmann laid the foundations for the company that today operates on a global scale. During this time ANSMANN AG has developed into one of the best known manufacturers of mobile energy solutions and operates in eight locations worldwide with approximately 400 employees. Over 20 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of high-quality battery and charging technology, for industry and trade, has lead to the establishment of a separate business division for e-bikes and drive systems in 2010.

INTELL IGENCE

DIE ZUKUNFT MOBILER ENERGIE KOMMUNIKATIVE AKKUS DANK BLUETOOTH Sensible Li-Ion Akkus werden immer häufiger mit einem intelligenten Batteriemanagementsystem ausgestattet, um die Betriebssicherheit und Lebensdauer dieser Akkus zu maximieren. Diese Akkus werden in intelligenten Applikationen eingesetzt, in welchen sie mit dem Endgerät oder mit der Ladestation kommunizieren und Informationen wie Strom, Spannung, Restkapazität, Temperaturen, Ladezyklen etc. austauschen. Durch das Anbinden eines Bluetoothmoduls eröffnen sich nun weitreichende Möglichkeiten für Hersteller und Endanwender. So ermöglicht die Integration des BT Moduls im Akku, als zentrale Einheit einer batteriebetriebenen Anwendung, nicht nur Zugriff auf Daten und Parameter im Akku, sondern auch auf Informationen in der Endapplikation und im Ladegerät. Selbst Firmwareeinstellungen und Updates sind über über die BT-Anbindung nun schnurlos möglich und die Abwicklung von Servicefällen wird zum Kinderspiel.

Selbstverständlich liefert ANSMANN auch eine entsprechende App, mit welcher alle relevanten Informationen aus dem Akku gelesen, angezeigt und ausgewertet werden können. Bei Bedarf wird auch Zugriff auf den Akku und Endgeräte ermöglicht. Über diese Anwendung lassen sich die Live-Daten aus dem Akku auch graphisch darstellen und loggen, um so z.B. Belastungsprofile zu fahren und zu sichern. Die App kann mit Zugriffsrechten bzw. Einschränkungen versehen werden, damit verschiedene Berechtigungsebenen realisiert werden können. Zudem lässt sich die Software in Ihre individuellen Applikationen integrieren, um so die Vorteile des Systems in bereits am Markt befindliche Geräte zu adaptieren.

THE FUTURE OF MOBILE ENERGY COMMUNICATIVE BATTERIES WITH BLUETOOTH Sensitive Li-Ion batteries are usually equipped with an intelligent battery management system to maximize the operational reliability and life of these batteries. These batteries are used in intelligent applications in which they communicate with the end device or with the charging station and exchange information such as current, voltage, residual capacitance, temperatures, charging cycles, etc. By connecting a Bluetooth module, there are a multitude of possibilities for manufacturers and end users. This integration of a BT module in the battery (a key part of a battery-powered application) not only allows access to data and parameters in the battery but also to information in the end application and the charger. Even firmware settings and updates are possible via the wireless BT-module. The processing of service operations also becomes child’s play. ANSMANN provides a corresponding app, with which all relevant information from the battery can be read, displayed and evaluated. As required, access to battery and end device is possible. Using this app, the live data from the battery can also be graphically displayed and logged. The app can be provided with access rights or restrictions, for allowing different authorization levels. Software can be tailored for your specific application in order to adapt the advantages of the system in devices already available on the market.
