Praktisch und flexibel UGWI ist eine Serie von vormontierten Gerätebechern für Doppelböden mit jeweils einem FI/LS-Schalter, zwei Steckdosen und einem Flachleitungsadapter zum direkten Anschluss auf Flachleitungen. Als einzige Lösung auf dem Markt ist der neue UGWI typgeprüft. Neben der enormen Zeitersparnis bei der Installation ist die große Flexibilität des Systems ein großer Vorteil des UGWI. Flat conductor adapter FI/LS 6 A Assembly instruction Installation must be carried out by a person with electrical and technical knowledge and experiences (see DIN VDE 0620-1).
Pre-tailored device cups with a snap-in device socket, pre-wired sockets, a flat conductor adapter connected to a 2 m/3 m connecting cable (3 x 2.5 mm²) with 3-pole plug and 6 A FI/LS switch. Including all covers and assembly materials. To be latched into a round or square installation unit. For direct connection to 5 x 2.5 mm² / 4 mm² flat conductors. Fuse of 20 A.
1 | Delivery We deliver the pre-tailored device cup with a double isolated ground receptacle completely pre-assembled with a FI/LS-switch 6 A, connecting cable, flat cable adapter and snap-in device socket.
2 | Operate the flat cable adapter Open the lower case chamber of the connection module.
3 | Insert the flat cable Insert the flat cable into the coded base plate. Keep in mind the correct installation direction for the outgoing direction of the connector. Afterwards close the connection module.
4 | Fasten the flat cable Open the upper case chamber and fasten flat cable to the connector module with screws. Pay attention to the correct torque (0.5 Nm)! The code is preset to L1. If necessary, fasten the bottom plate with the pre-mounted holes onto the desired ground.
5 | Close connection module After fixing the cables close the upper case chamber and lock with a clearly audible click. If the cover does not close completely, not all screws have been tightened correctly. Attach the connecting cable with plug component to the flat cable adapter and lock it with an audible click.
6 | Install device cup Insert the pre-tailored device cups as deeply as possible into the lock-in leads of the installation unit. Leave the central device cup slot empty to install data technology later on.

Einzelauslass BODO, nass gepflegt Montageanleitung
Einzelauslass rund mit Schutzrahmen aus Aluminium mit einm Außendurchmesser von 133 mm, bestückt mit einer Schutzkontaktsteckdose und einer RJ45-Datendose (Legrand Typ Cat. 6A STP RJ45, 76573) oder als Revisionsöffnung. Zum Einbau im Estrich- oder Doppelboden. Andere Bestückungsvarianten sind möglich.
1 | Estrich- oder Doppelböden Erstellen einer Bodenöffnung im Estrich- oder Doppelboden mittels Schalung / Bohrkrone oder durch den Einsatz einer Hohlraumbodendose mit Schalungskörper.
2 | Deckel Deckel mittels beigelegten Inbussschlüssel gegen den Uhrzeigersinn öffnen.
3 | Tubus entfernen Die beigelegten Krallen mit dazugehörigen Schrauben in die Aufnahmen im Rahmen einhängen. Krallen in die richtige Stellung bringen und mittels Kreuzschlitzschrauben anziehen. Rahmen auf festen Sitz prüfen.
4 | Zugentlastungen und Rahmen befestigen Beim Einsatz in nass gepflegten Böden Schutzrahmen entsprechend abdichten. Zugentlastungen von unten in die Öffnung einsetzen und Kabel sichern. Krallen mittels Kreuzschlitzschrauben anziehen.
5 | Tubusaufnahme Einzelauslass durch Schwenken der Tubusaufnahme um 180° vom geschlossenen in den geöffneten Zustand bringen. Zum staubdichten Verschließen die Gummimuffe einsetzen.
6 | Bestückung Geradeaus- oder Winkelstecker einbringen und die Kabel durch den Kabelauslass herausführen. Tubusaufnahme und Tubusdeckel fest verschrauben.

Including all covers and assembly materials. To be latched into a round or square installation unit. For direct connection to 5 x 10 mm² flat conductors. Fuse of 50 A.
1 | Delivery We deliver the pre-tailored device cup with a double isolated ground receptacle completely pre-assembled with FI/LS-switch 16 A, connecting cable, flat cable adapter and snap-in device socket.
2 | Select phase Remove body from cover and select phase. Phase preset to L1 according to the delivery condition.
3 | Remove body To insert the flat cable the connector module must be removed from the conductor. Keep the installation direction in mind when assembling the cable!
4 | Insert the flat cable Place connector module onto the flat cable and insert into the coded conductor.
5 | Fasten flat cable Fasten flat cable to the connector module with screws, then place body onto the cover. Pay attention to the correct torque (1,2 - 1,4 Nm)! If the cover does not close completely, not all screws have been tightened correctly!
6 | Install device cup Insert the pre-tailored device cups as deeply as possible into the lock-in leads of the installation unit. Leave the central device cup slot empty to install data technology later on.
