Cooling ACS355 is fitted with cooling fans as standard. The cooling air must be free from corrosive substances Heat dissipation from IP66/IP67/UL Type 4x drive equals to the IP20 UL Open values. Fuses Standard fuses to be used with ABB Solar pump inverter.

For input fuse connection see table below. DC Side UR or gG. With uR fuses, the rating is determined by the maximum instantaneous DC current because fuses work fast. In practice, the fuses have to be selected for a current about two times higher than the DC current calculated form the nominal power. With gG fuses, a rating one size smaller can be taken. Optional AC side “gG” fuse is also mentioned if inverter is operating on grid mode
