Devoting to establish a better business enviroment for local enterprises, CTM’s new comprehensive tariff reduction on Local Leased Circuit, International Private Leased Circuit and Direct Internet Access Service will be effective from 1 Dec After the earlier announcement, CTM’s new tariff of local leased circuit, international private leased circuit and direct internet access service will be effective from 1 Dec. CTM envisages that this newly slashed tariff scheme can help the enterprise customers to achieve greater cost efficiencies, and further promote the integrated development of real economy and e-commerce, creating a better business environment for Macau. Under the new scheme, the monthly tariff of local leased circuit reduction ranged between 27% and 50% the highest, reaching average reduction of 37%. For local leased circuit service above 1Gbps, additional tariff package per unit of 1Gbps is launched with combination of point-to-point, point-to-multipoint connection. Also, the new scheme has offered special discount for local backup circuit service, providing a more refined and adaptable security protection for enterprise customers. The new international private leased circuit tariff scheme has consolidated the tariff scheme of “Asia Pacific” and “International regions” , reaching from 32% to 72% reduction on the monthly tariff with an average of 49%. For international private leased circuit service above 2Mbps, additional tariff package per unit of 1Mbps is launched. Comparing to the existing scheme, the new direct internet access service has obtained an average reduction of 51%, while customers can enjoy up to 68% reduction on monthly tariff. At the meantime, all tariff groups will be provided with one complimentary fixed IP address. For service above 1Gbps, additional top up combo per unit of 100Mbps will be introduced. At the same time, CTM continues to reinforce the support to the IT education in Macau, providing up to 20% discount on the direct internet access service for local primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, in order to further facilitate the development of digital campus. Since the launch of the “Digital Campus” in 2012, the company has

provided monthly tariff subsidies of direct internet access service to more than 30 local primary and secondary educational institutions to support and facilitate IT applications within campus.
