Silvio De Nigris Dr. De Negris is the coordinator of some international projects on energy saving for the Provincia di Torino since 2001(Kyoto Club and Energy in Mind). He is the author of environmental-energetic balance and planning of Provincia di Torino, being also involved in financial and technical support on several initiatives of PV installations and energy saving buildings. Dr. De Negris is the author of many technical papers presented at national and international conferences.

The Province of Torino support Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Savings through: • Energy planning and reporting • Command and control policies (IPPC, control on energy performance of boilers, etc..) • Management of own buildings • Assistance to local authorities • Pilot projects • Subsidies to RES and RUE • Training and Information campaigns

The plant was installed on June 2002, the monitoring system started working one year later. The year 2003 was very producing. The following years the production was stable around 13.600 kWh/y 2003
