Lobbyist

I frequently travel to Brussels, where I got an accreditation as a lobbyist in early 2013. I have got the accreditation renewed twice. The last time was in December 2014 for a new year. I visit the EU parliament once or twice per month.

I do have a large interest in the issues that are dealt with in the different committees at EU Parliament. Most often I follow the Industry Technology Research Energy (ITRE) committee. Below, you find a list called Draft proposals.1

I have also made public what happened regarding a first project I wanted OLAF2 to check that did not happen. There is more info in the paper InnovationsScience.

Inventions/Science Funding Programme 7 I have figured out a unique technology solution for how you match buyers and sellers on any type of social community. It is a new type of income stream for them and as you can imagine the potential rewards for my company could be astronomical. Since the technology is new, it is costly to develop and therefore I held discussions with others in late 2010 and in the spring of 2011 in order to apply for funding from EU. These did not want to sign an agreement that my company holds the patent rights to this technology.

In order to protect my company’s future IP-rights to this technology, I sent information in the summer of 2011 to the staff at EU who gives funding and in august 2011 I contacted the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). Here I explained who I had contact with and gave them copies of the papers I used as discussion material with the others. However, OLAF decided it was a non-case.

Therefore, later in late 2012 and the beginning of 2013 I asked OLAF to send all documentation to me and Interpol in London. The latest answer from OLAF was that I need to push my case to the European Court of Justice if I want to proceed.

Swedish Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) During the last project I was involved in at SIIA, which ended the 31st of December in 2004, I wrote about different threats against information society. I had developed an analytical model that includes more than the traditional cyber attacks.3 I had feedback but in the beginning also a lot of critique from my ex-boss Johan Eriksson who also wrote about threats against information society.

After the project ended I started to apply for work in 2006 with Johan Eriksson as a reference. However, I found out that he tried to get published my research results without asking or including me which is essential in the academic world. The academic journal is Contemporary Security Policy and the academic publisher Taylor and Francis list this journal. The chief editors were Aaron Karp and Regina Karp who are based at Old Dominion University in US. Both these know Johan Eriksson and have worked at SIIA.

In fall 2005, I called Johan Eriksson on his office phone at Sodertorn University and at SIIA and also his mobile phone. Later he switched of his mobile phone. I asked a law firm called Brann to send a letter to SIIA since it is a work related issue and at SIIA they open all incoming mail. I believe almost all who worked at that point in time at SIIA knew I was the originator. Nowadays, Johan Eriksson has become Research Director at SIIA.

Moreover Since the start of my company Somerco I have figured out several new inventions and developed business ideas that are interesting for me, you and others. With the right commercialization of these, the value of them is also high. When I work on my great biz ideas I frequently work at Wellcome library as well as the Royal College of Physicians in London.

At that point in time it was a unique model. I wrote a version of the paper that studied Estonia. It was well received at a conference in Orlando, Florida in August/September 2003 where it later was published as a conference paper. Johan also asked me to do a study about Russia, which I did. A Swedish version of this study was supposed to be published by the then Swedish Emergency Management Agency (SEMA).

Chelmsford/Harlow/Svendstrup-Ferslev 2014 - 2015 Late 2014, I did some searches on the Danish white pages4 about Brøndum and Ferslev. I found a man named John Brøndum Jensen. I know from earlier searches about Christian Brøndum on his Facebook page that he is from Ferslev. Pia Jensen is also from that region.5 It is likely they are family related, perhaps Pia too. They moved in after me at 2Hurdwick Place. Christian rents the room beside mine. Lately I seen Christian has decided to list his work place from being an account manager at Getty Images - that deal with selling pictures online – to a work place at http://www.ihs.com that does not work at all with selling pictures.6 Among other things they publish Janes Defence Weekly. 2013 Since Christian Brøndum have behaved strange I give a few examples: one time I met him in the hallway on the top floor where we live with a painted tooth black, another time he came out naked from the toilet that is shared by those living in the building. Since my room is beside the toilet you can hear when the tap water is left on. When it happens I go from my room after a few minutes and close it and one time it was on and the toilet door was open. Christian sat with his room door open and looked out in the hallway in the middle of the night. Therefore, I did some searches on Internet and I found out he has lived at another address in London. 7 On this address a man named Harry Panter has lived who runs a firm for self-defense and investigations. It is based in London. Through his Facebook page I figured out Christian Brøndum is from Ferslev in Denmark. He has a profile on LinkedIn. In my searches I also found a man who is from the same little village Ferslev in Denmark. His name is Jørn Johansson and lives in Harlow outside London. He has a military background from some special forces in Denmark and has worked with security and investigations at Royal mail in UK. I took copies of Christians, Jørns and Harry's social media profiles and put out in the Parliament in Brussels. I did more than 50 copies. I also made some other names from Holland public when I was there. You find their profiles in the paper LondonBrussels.

http://www.krak.dk Ferslev is in Svenstrup who is in Aalborg county in Denmark. 6 Moreover, I see that IHS work with issues I work on as a lobbyist as Energy, Software, Telecommunications, Standards and regulations. I hope Christian has not used my studies that I have presented to the EU parliament for his own benefit. My studies can be found at http://www.slideshare.net/SomercoResearch 5

But maybe he is interested in other issues as Military Security Government, National Government or Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO). As you can understand we do not socialize so I do not know. 7

London/Brussels 2015 - 2011 I will be in Brussels three times in January. 2014 Brussels I continue to travel to Brussels as a lobbyist and writing proposals that I give the EU parliamentarians. London I continue to work on other social media with the company. During fall someone is trying to pick my lock during the night when I am in my room. Both my neighbors at my floor Warren Davies and Christian Brøndum have each of them a party with people over. I always block my door when I go to sleep. 2013 Brussels In the beginning of the year I register as a lobbyist at EU and I start to travel to Brussels once or twice a month. I write daft proposals about topics that are relevant for EU that I give the EU parliamentarians. I also get email invitations to give feedback on current proposals. In summer I file a police report after someone stole one of my bags at the bus stop for Eurolines that has busses back to London. It contains my passport, a laptop and company papers that has nothing to do with the invention I discussed with the others or any of the other projects I present to EU but they are still interesting. I do have copies on most of it. London Beginning of summer I ask an Indian company to transfer the company website from one host provider to another and put in a so called Recaptcha that can block spammers. It was not finished by fall when the contact was broken between the companies. In fall, after a long massive cyber attack it brings down the company website. 2012 Brussels Early 2012, I get the answer from European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) that it is a non-case decision. Later this year, I decide to contact OLAF and ask them to send me and Interpol their information. Lots of email went back and forth and they decided if I want access to the information I have to take it to the European Court of Justice. London I late summer I move to a room at 2Hurdwick Place in Camden, London. 2011 Brussels I have discussions with potential partners from different countries in order to apply for EU funding. I have interests from others to cooperate both from Sweden and elsewhere. I cannot get them to sign an agreement that Somerco will hold the patent rights for the innovation I have figured out. To protect the companies IP rights and disqualify any other attempts to apply for funding I send in information to the officials in the funding program. I also contact the European Anti-Fraud Office in August to check.

London I continue to promote the company in London. Forumspammers are starting to register at somerco.com I can and do block these from register again. 2010 I found a room in Islington in London. I start to contact potential cooperators and start to promote the company with flyers at conferences. I develop innovations that are costly to develop for a small company. Therefore, I decide to apply for funding from a funding program in EU. In late 2010 I also participate at meeting arranged by EUs for upcoming social media companies. Here I meet potential cooperators that I later contact.

Stockholm

2010-2005 After my employment at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs ended the last of December 2004 I started to apply for work.8 The last project meeting we had before the project ended Johan Eriksson told me that we should write an academic paper after the project that was based on my research.9

In 2006 I found out that Johan tried to publish my research results in his own name at the academic journal Contemporary Security Policy (CSP). Taylor and Francis was the academic publication house that lists the journal. I was in contact with both of them to stop it.

Later, I found out that Johan knew the chief editors at CSP. It was Aaron Karp and Regina Karp from Old Dominion University in US. They have both worked at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs and at SIPRI.

When I lived in Stockholm I talked a little about Johan trying to publish my research in his own name from the project we worked in. It was to my former colleague and then friend Jonas Holmgren, my former student colleague Annette Madsen who called and asked to go for lunch10 and to a former friend Edward Deverell who used to work at SIIA and now work at the Swedish Defence Colleague was Johan’s wife Lindy Newlove-Eriksson also work. You can call and ask for their permission to talk to them and ask how much we talked about the issue.11

During 2006 until the start of 2011, I was a job seeker in Sweden. I also participated at a jobseeker course in summer 2009. During this course the course participants also visited a lake called Söderbysjön in a natural reserve not far from where I lived in Stockholm so I took the bike. When the day ended the course participants went through the reserve to the subway. Mattias one of the course participants, who also live in the area, suggested we should take a shortcut. On the way back home from the lake he takes up a see through plastic bag with marijuana and begin to fix a joint and smoke. He was open with it and other people were walking the same path. I do not smoke at all, so needless to say I did not touch it. It was an odd event.

In late 2010, I decide to start up my own company and work with helping academia and companies commercialize their products and I decide to base it in London. I gave a contract to Xelera Communication in Gothenburg to build a social network. It was launched in 2011 and I based my company in London and have moved here.

At the Swedish Institute of International Affairs they research with public sources. Besides me and Johan Eriksson also Erik Noreen and Roxanna Sjöstedt participated who are based at Uppsala University. 10 I have not seen here since then. 11 Jonas phone number: 073-301 99 22 or 08-500 91 957 Annette’s phone number: 070-958 36 99 or 08-655 09 70 Edwards phone number: 070-786 51 38 9

Johan Eriksson is Research Director at SIIA and was Scientific Advisory Council, Swedish Emergency Management Agency, 2002-2008.

Johan Eriksson knows Peter Bröms who could be an interesting person because they took a PhD at the same time at Umea University. They have also written academic papers together published by the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. Later, he became a chief analyst at Säpo, the Swedish security police.12

Drupal and IT people

Drupal is the programming language for the platform my company website was built in. The contract went to a company called Xelera Communication in Gothenburg. The project run late, but the site was up in spring 2010 and I started to run the company in London. In late spring 2013, I decided to transfer the site to a new host provider called Godaddy and also see if I could find an interesting partner. I paid an Indian company called Silicon Valley Infomedia to do the transfer and I also asked them to put in a ReCaptcha since the site had a very large amount of spammers registering.13 Even if they worked all summer they could not finalize the transfer so they and I in particular asked the Drupal community to help out. There were few answers. I and the Indian company sent messages on almost a daily basis on Skype until fall in 2013 when the contact stopped.14 Moreover, I found out that summer someone had been building a shadowsite of my site for more than two months on the Drupal platform Acquia. It was with the somerco.com name. I knew nothing about this so I contacted Acquia and asked them to stop the project on Acquia. I asked who it was and also the person I was in contact with at Silicon Valley Infomedia and he admitted it was him. I believe he used it to try things. I asked him to finish the transfer of my original site. In the EU parliament I have made public the Dutch people I been in contact with regarding my project website and other people as from Drupal.

Silicon Valley Infomedia. http://www.siliconinfo.com A ReCaptcha makes it more difficult for so called robot spammers to register. There was more than 250 000 backlinks from forumspammers. It is a massive amount for most sites. 14
