Meals We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner from Thursday till Sunday on the Europa boat. You can buy tickets for Meals at the main Student Union Office and next to it at the Meal ticket kiosk. Your meal tickets are stored electronically. You can ask at the main Student Union Office how many tickets you have left. If you buy meal tickets for 4 days, they are assigned to specific days (so the kitchen can plan quantity). You can use exactly 1 ticket daily. It is not possible to return paid meal tickets or to reassign them to other participants.

General Ball information All main balls will be held on Europe (Európa) and Sofie (Zsófia) boats (District I. Szilágyi Dezső square). Parties are between 21 – 06+. You cannot take in food and drinks. However, the bar will be priced reasonably and will have both snacks and warm food. NEW: free water at the balls! We have 4 dance floors! This is great for enjoying music in great variety! However we just miss one big room where all of you can watch competitions. We will have some projectors and TVs in the different ballrooms so you can watch the performances there as well. Thank you for your understanding. We do have some performances or program every night. The organizers are believers of social dancing so no matter what happens, one room will be available for dancing at all times! We hope that 4 dance floors will be enough for everyone. Still, we would like to ask you to be cautious and do not kick or hit anyone. Be responsible! Thx! During the parties we operate a cloakroom at the entry of the boat. Free to use and supervised between 21-06 every night however we do not take any responsibility for your valuables, assets. There is a small women’s dressing room downstairs at Sofie boat! During the parties a doctor will be available at the reception. Also, during the parties we provide liquid instant hand sanitizer at the entry of the ballrooms to disinfect your hands.

After party We have a dance oriented after party on 3rd November between 20 – 01 at Duna Palota. Address: 1051 Budapest, Zrínyi u. 5. Entry fee is 900HUF (3 euros). You can sign up in advance at the main reception. It is really close to Deák Ferenc square. Metro line 2 gives you direct access to Deák Ferenc square from Batthyány square. Also it is around 20 minute walk from Europe boat. We will have live music by Laura Lackey’s Rhythm Revue. Food & drink will be available.

Taxi You can order Citytaxi at the reception. You can also order them on the phone (+36-1-2111-111): do not forget to give the reference number 2000 as with it you will get a special rate. BEWARE: get only in taxis with the clear sign on it (for Citytaxi: company and Vodafone signs) and ask the driver about the name you've ordered the taxi for. Otherwise you might end up in a "pirate" taxi and pay double+ price!!! Also, always order a taxi on the phone and do not stop one in the streets.
