WARRANTY INFORMATION Research & Development OTR™achieves our high quality and performance levels through precise design and testing processes. The design process researches current and future transportation industry needs, integrating performance requirements to produce the most advanced product designs. Specific to lighting, we qualify development with a minimum of eight different test procedures such as vibration, moisture, salt spray, hi/low temperature, durability and others. This insures every condition impacting performance and product life is duplicated. Additionally the critical photometric testing is performed at R&D, Production Quality Control and verified with independent laboratories.

Manufacturing OTR™ products are manufactured to the highest quality standards to exceed the demands of the transportation industry. All products are manufactured in QS9000 or ISO9001 certified plants and meet/exceed applicable ASTM, FMVSS108, SAE and DOT standards. All production is 100% tested for functionality with the most advanced state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Batch testing is performed daily to some of the tests mentioned above and random life cycle testing is also performed to insure product life is exceeding expected standards.

Warranty Terms & Conditions OTR™ warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months with unlimited mileage from the date of installation. The exception is Premium LEDs, which are warrantable for 36 months with unlimited mileage. This warranty covers all OTR™ products and is limited to the replacement of the product only. OTR™ Warranty does not apply to any labor, extended damage or products not supplied by OTR™. There are no other implied warranties applicable.
