Boat-Lifting-Belt-Slings DUPLIX:
Innovation for progressive lifting
VTT‘s new polyester slings are woven as multi-channel tubes, through which longitudinal high tenacity polyester fibres are drawn, to accomplish a range of load capacities. The patented new design allows maximizing abrasion and cut resistance in the cover tubes while achieving greater overall tensile strength by means of flexible bundles of woven inner core fibres. This slings accomplish all heavy handling requirements! VTT‘s Boat-Lifting-Belt-Slings TOP are used all over the world in small and big ports along the coasts. Thanks to the wide variety of sling constructions, this slings can be used with every crane you want to. VTT Boat- Lifting-BeltSlings TOP are available in different constructions and with a wide variety of lifting capacity. Most variety options are available for all Top Lifting-Belt-Slings as pocket for lead weight, additional eye to shorten the sling and double end eyes! Slings are available in 1-part construction as well as in 2 or 3-part construction!
For heavy loads With the new generation of Boat-Lifting-Belt-Slings from VTT with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons according to EN 1492-1/2, loads can be lifted absolutely safely and gentle, especially in the marine sector.This truly outstanding development is based on a new manufacturing technology with a totally new product construction allowing a larger carrying surface and shorter eyes. The eyes can be hooked easely into the cranehook independent of the hook direction Robust cover cloth doubles sling‘s lifetime! The high resistable protection cover is one of the most important elements that enables long term use of this slings. The cover cloth is double-woven with inner black layer to reveal excess wear and as an additional UV barrier. Long term wear is revealed when the black layer shows through, but even then, load bearing fibres have not yet been exposed. When lifting goods with sharp edges, we recommend the use of VTT tubular protection! „Multi-Channel“- technology Patented Multi-Channel cover construction provides superior cut and abrasion resistance. The load bearing fibres are completely encased. Innovative industrial woven tubes, enable the total elimination of critical stitching. Due to their soft construction (up to a width of 750mm!), Multi-Channel - Slings will not point the load! This technology was especially developed for lifting excluxive goods like boats, pipelines, turbines.

Standard Boat-Lifting-Belt-Slings Duplix VTT Standard Boat-Lifting-Belt-Slings Duplix are 1-part slings, built in the same construction as the slings from the serial „TOP“. But they do not have pockets for lead or shortening eyes. They are available from 1 to 100 tons WLL and are offered to a very competitive price!

Instructions for use: Lifting items must be confected with a blue, normed label that shows the allowed lifting capacity, length of the sling, date of production, item number and manufacturer. This is necessary to ensure save lifting and helps to improve quality control.
In addition there are important instructions in the product manual: • always examine slings for damage before each use • never use a sling that is defective • only use slings whose lifting capacity is clearly labeled • lifting capacity varies according to method of lifting application • edge protection must be used for loads with sharp edges • slings must never be knotted • slings should be used only at temperatures from -40°C to + 100°C
