• Sea paciente cuando esté buscando imágenes de un CD/DVD o tarjeta de memoria, el sistema va demorar un poco.
• Pre-limpie el vidrio del escáner y la parte de abajo de la tapa con un detergente suave o ligero una vez al mes. Use una tela limpia que no va producir pelusa. ** NO ROCIE NINGUN LÍQUIDO DIRECTAMENTE EN EL ESCÁNER. • Después de dar una orden o comando al sistema, espere que este responda antes de dar otra orden. Consejos para el PhotoCake Impresora y Media Comestible Media Comestible Parece demasiado Blando. • Remueva la hoja de la bolsa y mantenga la afuera en temperatura normal ambiente para 15-20 minutos. • Ponga la hoja en el congelador por 30 segundos. Si su Impresora No Imprime. • Asegúrese que la puerta de la impresora esté abierta y la bandeja de plástico esté adherida a la impresora antes que le mande la señal de imprimir. La Luz destella Color Naranja – Código de Error. • Cuando ocurre un error, la luz de encima va destellar color naranja. El problema indica por el número de veces que destella la luz naranja. La Luz destella Dos Veces: No Tiene Hojas para Imprimir. • Si no hay hojas en la bandeja, o si la hoja esta puesta incorrectamente, ponga una vez más la hoja y apriete el botón “RESUME” . Si a Luz destella Cuatro Veces: Un Cartucho en la Impresora esta Vacío. • Reemplace el cartucho vacío y apriete “RESUME” para continuar de imprimir. Si las Hojas No Entran en la Impresora Cuando lo Mandes Imprimir. • Intente buscar par cualquier obstáculo en la bandeja de papel que impediría la entrada de las hojas. • Abra la tapa de la impresora y limpie la tinta excesiva por los rodillos. • La luz de encima debe ser de color verde y sólido antes que empiezce a imprimir.

Mantenimiento de Rutina

You can stall the system by giving it too many commands to process.

Edible Media Seems Too Soft • Let media sit out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. • Place media in freezer for 30 seconds. Printer Will Not Print • Make sure the front door on the printer is open and the output tray is attached before sending a print job. The Power Light Flashes Orange - Error Codes. • When an error occurs, the alarm light flashes orange. The number of orange flashes indicates the cause of the problem. Two Orange Flashes: Out of Paper. • If no paper/edible media is loaded in the auto sheet feeder, or if the paper/edible media is not loaded correctly, set the paper/edible media correctly and press the Resume button on the printer to continue printing. Three Orange Flashes: Paper Jam or Paper Feed Error. • If edible media has jammed in the printer, carefully remove the jam and press the Resume button to continue printing.

Four Orange Flashes: Cartridge Inside of Printer is Out of Ink. • Replace the empty tank and press the Resume button to continue printing. Edible Media Will Not Feed into the Printer. • Look for any obstructions in the paper feed slot on the back of the printer. • Open the printer lid and clean off all of the excess ink on the rollers. • The light on the printer should be solid green before starting to print.
Regular Maintenance
Perform color test on the printer upon starting the system up for the first time each day. Make sure all cartridges are functioning properly. If all colors are not printing on the sheet and/or if there are broken lines within the color or black grids, perform a print head cleaning. *As modified for edible printing.
