Die Massivteile der Collection Leonardo (Rahmen, Profilleisten der Türen und Schubladen) sind in amerikanisch Nussbaum (ein aus Nordamerika stammendes Holz). Fronten der Türen und Schubladen, Seitenteile, Ablageplatten der Anrichten und Tischplatten sind in amerikanisch Nussbaum bunt furniert (beplankt). Die Furnierstreifen werden „bunt“ im Furnierbild zusammengesetzt. Die handwerkliche Herstellungsweise und der massive Charakter der Möbelstücke werden dadurch besonders hervorgehoben. Die Holzmaserung der Türen und Schubladenfronten verläuft quer. Bei Seitenteilen und Rückwänden verläuft die Holzmaserung vertikal. Die Füße der Tische, Salontische und das Gestell der Stühle sind aus amerikanisch Nussbaum massiv.

Le parti in massello della Collezione Leonardo (cornice frontale, ante e profilo cassetti) sono realizzati in legno di noce canaletto (legno coltivato proveniente dal Nord America). I pannelli strutturali (ante, cassetti, fianchi, top credenze, piani tavoli e piani tavolini) sono rivestiti con impiallacciatura dogata in noce canaletto. „Impiallacciatura dogata“ consiste nel comporre i fogli di impiallaccio in maniera alternata a diverse larghezze. Questa produzione artigianale trasmette al mobile un carattere massiccio e fa risaltare la sapienza costruttiva dei nostri artigiani. La venatura dei frontali (ante e cassetti) è realizzata applicando il tranciato in modo trasversale. Fianchi e schienali nei modelli di tutta la collezione, sono prodotti con la venatura disposta in senso verticale. Le gambe dei tavoli, dei tavolini ed il fusto delle sedie sono realizzati in noce canaletto massello.

The solid sections of the Collection Leonardo (front cornice, doors, and drawer frames) are made from American walnut (cultivated wood that originates in North America). The structural panels (doors, drawers, sides, and the tops of sideboards, tables, and occasional tables) are strip veneered in American walnut. “Stripped veneer” consists of composing the leaves of the veneer in an alternating manner with different widths. This handicraft production transmits to the furniture a solid character and highlights the skill and knowledge of our craftsmen. The grain of the fronts (doors and drawers) is realized by applying the veneer in a transverse manner. The sides and backs of the models in the entire collection are produced with the grain running vertically. The legs of large and small tables and the chair frames in the Collection Leonardo are made from solid American walnut.

Die Türen und Schubladen sind mit einem Push-PullSystem zum gedämpften Öffnen und Schließen ausgestattet. Die Schubladen verfügen über einen Vollauszug auf Metallführungen, die einen leichten und ruhigen Lauf ermöglichen. Die Glastüren sind in ESG (6 mm stark). Der Schubladenkorpus ist in Buche massiv und furniert, buchefarben lackiert.

Bei Modellen, bei denen es erforderlich ist, sind höhenregulierbare Sockelversteller vorgesehen, um die Spaltmaße der Türen und Schubladen einstellen zu können. Alle Topfbänder sind vierfach verstellbar und mit dem Markenzeichen SELVA gekennzeichnet. Die Anrichte Mod. 7430 ist mit innovativen, flächenbündigen Schiebetüren ausgestattet. Diese müssen, um korrekt zu funktionieren, genauestens reguliert werden (siehe Montageanleitung). Um den Mechanismus richtig zu regulieren, haben wir auf der Webseite einen Filmstreifen hinterlegt, der Schritt für Schritt alle nötigen Handgriffe zeigt, um Fehler bei der Montage zu vermeiden.

L’apertura delle ante è prevista con sistema push­-pull. I cassetti sono montati su guide metalliche con apertura pushpull ad estrazione totale. Lo scorrimento è particolarmente leggero e silenzioso. Le ante di cristallo (6 mm di spessore) sono temperate. La struttura interna dei cassetti è realizzata in faggio massello con il fondo placcato faggio e lucidata in finitura color faggio. Sono previsti piedini livellatori regolabili per garantire il corretto allineamento delle ante e dei cassetti. Tutte le cerniere, regolabili su 4 movimenti, sono marchiate con il logo SELVA. La credenza mod. 7430, con le ante complanari, è dotata di una guida particolarmente innovativa che ha bisogno di una attenta regolazione per poter funzionare correttamente (vedi istruzioni di montaggio). Per poter regolare il meccanismo adeguatamente abbiamo inserito nel sito un filmato che spiega passo-passo le operazioni necessarie per evitare errori di montaggio.

The doors are opened by means of a push-pull system. The drawers are mounted on metal guides and can be fully opened by means of a push-pull system. The sliding action is particularly light and quiet. The crystal doors (with a thickness of 6 mm.) are tempered. The interior structure of the drawers has been realized in solid beech with the bottom veneered in beech and lacquered with a beech-coloured finish. Base adjusters are provided in order to guarantee the correct alignment of the doors and drawers. All of the hinges, which can be regulated in four directions, are marked with the SELVA logo. The sideboard mod. 7430 with the doors in the same plane is provided with a particularly innovative guide which requires attentive regulation in order to function correctly (look to the assembly instruction). In order to properly regulate the mechanism, we have put a video up on the website which provides a step-by-step explanation of the operations that are necessary to avoid assembly errors.

All of the shelves that are inserted in the furniture are removable and/or adjustable to various heights and are made from: - Wood with a thickness of 19 mm (in bookcases, inside sideboards, and in closed furniture). - Extra clear crystal, with a thickness of 8 mm, frosted on the front edge (in models with a glass door and designed to include a lighting system). - Float crystal with a thickness of 8 mm in the TV stand model 5430.

Das Beleuchtungssystem ist CE gekennzeichnet und entspricht der EU-Verordnung (EN60598), die den Gebrauch der Elektromaterialien regelt, welche für die Montage der Möbel bestimmt sind. Die Transformatoren sind mit einer thermischen Sicherung ausgestattet, die bei Überhitzung die Leuchten automatisch abschaltet. Die Rückwände werden vorgebohrt, um die Montage der Leuchten zu erleichtern. Sollte das Innenbeleuchtungssystem nicht montiert werden, sind die Vorbohrungen mit Abdeckkappen ausgestattet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Leuchtenset von einem Fachmann fachgerecht zu installieren ist (siehe Montageanleitung). Das lose gelieferte Leuchtenset umfasst Leuchtenkörper, Transformatoren und Verkabelung inkl. entsprechender Steckverbindungen.

Le luci LED sono marcate CE e sono conformi alle Direttive Europee (EN60598) che regolano l’uso di materiale elettrico destinato al montaggio sui mobili. I trasformatori sono inoltre dotati di protezione termica che garantisce lo spegnimento dell’ impianto di illuminazione in caso di surriscaldamento. Tutti gli schienali dei modelli, dove è prevista l’illuminazione, sono forati per poter installare l’impianto. Nel caso in cui non venga montata l’illuminazione, i modelli interessati sono dotati di relativo copriforo. Le operazioni di montaggio dovranno essere eseguite da personale qualificato (vedi istruzioni di montaggio). Compreso nel kit di illuminazione sono previsti: punto luce, trasformatore, collegamento a incastro e cavi.

The LED lights carry the CE mark and conform with European Directives (EN60598) that regulate the use of electrical material intended for installation in furniture. In addition, the transformers are provided with thermal protection which guarantees that the lighting system will be switched off in the unlikely event of overheating. The backs of all of the models for which lighting is anticipated have predrilled holes for the easy installation of the lighting system. In the event that the lighting is not installed, the corresponding models are provided with caps for the holes. Installation operations must be carried out only by qualified personnel (look to the assembly instruction). The lighting kit should include: the light fixture, transformer, base connection, and wires.
