Light & contours LED profiles provide attractive lighting right down the line ! The hansen LED profiles are very versatile and can be used for a variety of purposes – creating impressive illuminated lines and attracting attention. And they can be installed around corners and at angles. All our LED profiles are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. In addition, they are offer low energy consumption, low maintenance requirements and a long service life.

The LED Pipe is an acrylic pipe with a diameter of 38 mm and an integrated LED circuit board. It is the ideal solution for decorative contour lighting applications or for creating light art objects with coloured, homogenous light – also available as LED Pipe RGB. The LED Pipe is simple to install and safe to handle both in indoor and outdoor applications. Customized production allows the contour lighting to be perfectly adapted to local conditions. In addition, the LED technology is highly energy-efficient: With a power consumption of only 7 watts per metre, the white LED Pipe provides an energy-saving potential of up to 80% compared to conventional fluorescent lamps. The LED Star Profile, equipped with High-Power LEDs and different lenses, is a very powerful solution particularly suitable for outdoor installation. As such, it is frequently used for illuminating advertising spaces, billboards, information and road signs, as roof lighting or illumination for cold storage houses operating day and night. With the LED Mini Profile we offer a range of very small light profiles ideally suited to create fine white or coloured light contours. From the effective illumination of stairs, handrails, showcases and furniture to indirect lighting applications, the LED Mini Profile provides an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is available in a variety of new shapes and sizes and with a range of mounting possibilities. The LED Facade Profile has been specially designed for the illumination of building contours. Illuminated contours set buildings apart from others and attract attention. This effect can be further enhanced by the use of coloured light. This formed the basis for the development of our LED Facade Profile.

The hansen LED Pipe consists of a straight acrylic pipe with an outside diameter of 38 mm.

Acrylic colour

This pipe is illuminated by LEDs fitted on the inside. Depending on the installation location, the LEDs are operated either using 12 V technology for indoor applications (IP 30) or in series connection for out door applications (IP 65). Usually, the coloured acrylic pipes are illuminated using LEDs of the same colour, i.e. white acrylic pipes with white LEDs, green acrylic pipes with green LEDs, etc. In addition, white acrylic pipes can be combined with coloured LEDs to create pastel-coloured light.

The hansen LED Star Profile is a carrier profile, which can be equipped with LEDs of different power ratings. The aluminium profile, which can be installed at an angle of 0°, 45° or 90°, accommodates the LEDs and ensures optimum cooling of the LEDs. It is available in customized lengths of up to 4 m. The LEDs can be equipped with additional lenses reducing the angle of radiation to generate a more concentrated light. Available colour temperatures: 5,000 K (standard), 3,000 K, 6,500 K

The hansen LED Mini Profiles consist of extruded aluminium profiles with a grey anodized surface. The profiles are equipped with LEDs along their entire length. The LEDs are fully embedded making the profiles suitable for outdoor installation.
