Tenant Screening Form. Both pages of Application. Pet registration filled out. No pet? Write N/A on it. Legible copy of Drivers License & SS Card, or make sure last fur digits of SS number are legibly written on application. Copy of Sales Contract / Lease Agreement. Lease Addendum. $100. per application packet and packet covers a single individual or a married couple. All who will be on the Deed, over the age of 18 residing in the unit needs to fill out an application packet. Check to be made payable to: The Village At Lake Pine II, HOA, Inc. A $200.Orientation Fee to be submitted as well in the form of a money order or bank check. Application packet needs to be received in its entirety no less than 30 days prior to closing / move in date. Once all paperwork has been received back from Executive Security you will be informed of the date / time to meet with a member of the Orientation Committee. This meeting is held on a monthly basis and at the end of the meeting you will receive a Certificate of Approval along with a refund of the $200. Estoppel forms are $150. • When the sale of a unit is finalized, the warranty deed and a copy of the survey needs to be faxed to VLP2@ 954-476-7628. • Maximum number of unrelated persons allowed to occupy a unit is six. • Unit must be owner occupied for no less than twelve calendar months from the date the unit owner takes title to the unit. • No more than 18% of total number of VLP II units can be rented at one time. Thus, the Board is authorized to reject any proposed rental if over the rental cap. If approved for rental, units can only be rented out one time per calendar year. • Any alterations/improvements/landscaping to be made to any portion of the outside of a unit requires an Architectural Review form to be submitted by owner of unit (even when the unit is leased), and approved before any alterations/improvements/landscaping can commence. Architectural Review form can be found on The Village At Lake Pine II website. • Lender / Mortgage Broker / Realtor / etc. are responsible for informing their prospective client(s) about maintenance fees due to the Association. HOA3 type of insurance is needed to insure the unit. • Maintenance payments are due on the 1st, late after the 15th and sent to the attorney for collection at the end of the month. Maintenance payments are to be made payable to: VLP II, HOA., INC. Mail to: BB&T P.O. Box 628207, Orlando, FL 32862. • Pool / Tennis court Fob: One per household at no cost. Replacement fob is $25. Renter must apply through the homeowner. • Mailbox key to be supplied by the former owner / landlord.
