High School Dances NAUTILUS PAVILION Located alongside Mission Bay, the glassenclosed Nautilus Pavilion provides a unique setting for your dancing experience. This venue decorates beautifully to create any theme or atmosphere you choose, and staging provides the perfect platform for your DJ or crowning ceremony. • Dance Capacity: 2,000 GARDEN PLAZA Garden Plaza provides refreshing open air access to a garden setting. The indoor/outdoor setting offers weather security with a high vaulted ceiling. Large chandeliers and pillars add a touch of class to this facility. • Dance Capacity: 500 Special rate available for Friday night dances. Enhancement Opportunities, Décor Packages and Disc Jockey Services available. One SeaWorld Security Officer is required per 100 students at $100 per officer. A dance floor is required. This is an additional cost – please ask your Sales Representative for current rates.

Policies & General Information CONTRACT & PAYMENT A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm the scheduled date. The requested deposit is 20% of the estimated event revenue or $1,000, whichever is greater, and is nonrefundable. It will be applied toward the balance due. Final payment for the event is due three working days prior to the event date. ATTENDANCE GUARANTEE For meal functions, a final count must be guaranteed seven working days prior to your event. The number given will be considered a guarantee and charges will be based on the number served or the number guaranteed, whichever is greater. SeaWorld will prepare food and seating for 5% over your guarantee. ADDITIONAL COSTS There is a 15% gratuity and CA sales tax added to all food and beverage (subject to change). Special order items are available for an additional cost, i.e. dance floor, specialty linens, centerpieces, etc. MENU All food and beverage must be purchased through SeaWorld. With the exception of buffets, entrée selections are limited to one selection. All buffets have a 75 person minimum. No food and beverage may leave the premises or be brought into the park. ALCOHOL Special event areas at SeaWorld operate under the same laws observed by all cocktail lounges and dining rooms in California. Therefore, we cannot serve any form of alcoholic beverages to a minor (an individual unable to provide written evidence in accordance with SECTION 25660, of being age 21 or older). If necessary, current identification will be checked by the server or management. If warranted, the person checked will be refused service.
