Subject(s) Jennings, Patrick R, male, 32, 1907 West Montrose Avenue, Chicago, IL 60613 On the evening of 2/29/16, a Lake Forest police officer on patrol located Jennings, a private music tutor, inside a parked car alone with a 15 year old music student. The officer witnessed Jennings engaged in inappropriate physical conduct with the minor.
Summary Detectives interviewed Jennings, the student and several witnesses. They obtained and analyzed data from two smart phones and a tablet belonging to Jennings. On March 16, 2016, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Jennings on ten counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
