Cancellation penalties would be as per our terms and conditions if one or more of the trips are cancelled due to weather conditions. For the most part roads are clean and its snows on a regular basis there, so people are used to getting in and out on snowy days. There might be a short delay in the morning if there is a particularly bad storm. It is also possible we could try to move the service to another day, if something is predicted to be bad in advance. However, it presents a conflict in schedule if you have another tour planned the following day. If a situation does arise, we encourage you to cancel the tour and file a claim with the travel protection when you return home.
