La pulitura a secco è il processo di lavaggio che tramite l’u lizzo di solven organici, sgrassa e rimuove efficacemente lo sporco da tessu e pelli.
E’ un’azienda con un forte orientamento tecnologico, presente in numerosi paesi tramite un network di distributori o dire amente con proprie consociate.
L’applicazione principale di questa a vità è la pulitura di abbigliamento e di prodo per l’arredamento quali tendaggi, rives men , coperte e tappe .
Grazie ad una notevole flessibilità produ va ed una straordinaria propensione all’innovazione, è da sempre riuscita a introdurre sul mercato prodo e soluzioni di qualità.

ILSA was created in 1978 and has specialised, since its founda on, in the design and construc on of dry cleaning machines.
Dry cleaning is the washing process that, with the use of organic solvents, degreases and effec vely removes dirt from fabrics and leathers.
The company is extremely technologically orientated and is present in many countries through a distribu on network or directly with its own subsidiaries.

ILSA wurde 1978 gegründet und hat sich seither auf die Entwicklung und den Bau von Trockenreinigungsmaschinen spezialisiert.
Bei der Trockenreinigung handelt es sich um ein Spülverfahren, das mithilfe organischer Lösemi el Tex lien sowie Leder en e et und gründlich reinigt.

Dieser Prozess ist hauptsächlich für die Reinigung von Kleidung und der Innenaussta ung wie z.B. Vorhänge, Wandbekleidungen, Be decken und Teppiche geeignet. Er wird auch in Produk onsverfahren für En e ungs- und Endbehandlungen sowie zum Testen der Eigenscha en und Fes gkeit von Tex lien eingesetzt.
Per la pulitura a secco vengono u lizzate macchine erme che ‘dry to dry’ con un cesto ad apertura frontale che ricorda le lavatrici domes che. ‘A orno’ a questo cesto sono tu avia necessari diversi componen , non solo per la pulitura e asciugatura del carico, ma anche per la manutenzione del solvente stesso che viene con nuamente riu lizzato. La combinazione dello specifico solvente, con temperatura, tempo, azione meccanica ed eventuali detergen , consente di o enere i risulta di pulitura necessita . Dry cleaning is performed by means of “dry to dry” herme c machines featuring a front-opening basket resembling standard washing machines. Besides this basket, other components are necessary both for load cleaning and drying and for maintenance of the solvent which is constantly reused. The combina on of the specific solvent with temperature, me, mechanical ac on and other detergents allows obtaining the required cleaning results.
Für die Trockenreinigung werden außerdem herme sch verschlossene „dry-to-dry“-Maschinen verwendet, die über eine an Hauswaschmaschinen erinnernde Trommel mit Fron ür verfügen. „Neben“ dieser Trommel erweisen sich jedenfalls verschiedene Teile nicht nur für die Reinigung und die Trocknung der Beladung sondern auch für die Instandhaltung des Lösemi els als erforderlich, das kon nuierlich wieder verwendet wird. Die gewünschten Reinigungsergebnisse können erzielt werden, wenn das spezifische Lösemi el zusammen mit der Temperatur, der Zeit, der mechanischen Wirkung sowie etwaigen Waschmi eln rich g kombiniert wird.

Il volume del cesto espresso in litri, iden fica la capacità ed è incluso nel nome del modello. In configurazione standard è possibile u lizzare idrocarburi alifa ci (HCS) o siliconici (D5), mentre i modelli Mul flex sono comple delle dotazioni tecniche per ges re, in modo specializzato, una più ampia gamma di solven . The FLEX series of machines uses the C2 dynamic safety process and includes machines of small and medium capacity, characterised by innova ve technical solu ons that are designed to op mise management of the solvent and to reduce consump ons. The volume of the basket, expressed in litres, confirms capacity and is included in the model name. In its standard configura on, it is possible to use alipha c hydrocarbon (HCS) or silicon-based solvents (D5), while Mul flex models are technically equipped so as to be able to manage a wider range of solvents in a specialised manner. Bei den FLEX-Maschinen wird die dynamische Sicherheitstechnik C2 angewandt. Darunter sind die Maschinen mit geringer und mi elhoher Leistung inbegriffen, die durch innova ve technische Lösungen gekennzeichnet sind und dafür entwickelt wurden, um den op malen Umgang mit dem Lösemi el zu ermöglichen und den Energieverbrauch zu mindern. Das in Litern ausgedrückte Trommelvolumen weist auf das Fassungsvermögen hin und wird gemeinsam mit dem Modellnamen angegeben. Bei der Standardkonfigura on können alipha sche (HCS) oder Silikon-Kohlenwasserstoffe (D5) eingesetzt werden, wobei die Mul flex-Modelle komple mit technischen Aussta ungen versehen sind, damit mit einer größeren Pale e von Lösemi eln fachlich umgegangen werden kann.
