The Krone-SPA & Beauty team are available to handle any follow-up bookings from 8:00 til 20:00. > Cancellations If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, we request that you cancel 24 hours beforehand. If cancelation in advance is not possible, please note that 80% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Our therapists will handle this information in the strictest of confidence. > The ideal clothing We request that you remove all clothing apart from underwear for massages, cosmetics treatments and body applications and attend the appointment in the dressing gown provided in your hotel room. During the treatment, a cloth or hand towel will be used to cover intimate areas.
