KOSHER CATERING FOR RIBA VENUES Menus supervised by the European Masorti Bet Din RIBA Venues and catering partner Ampersand venues can offer all our menus and catering to be supervised by the Masorti Bet Din, as qualified by Rabbi Chaim Weiner Please note that in addition to the menu costs per person there will be a charge of between £650-£900 for supervision of both the event and a tasting provided by the Masorti Bet Din (this will be discussed directly with the Masorti Bet Din and your event manager when making the booking) plus a charge of £2.50 per setting for crockery.

“Shalom, A wedding, a Bar and Bat Mitzvah are meaningful Jewish moments. It is proper that they are marked with a Kosher meal. The European Masorti Bet Din has introduced arrangements for caterers who are not normally supervised to apply for a “one-day license” for a single event - thus broadening the range of Kosher catering options available to you. We have worked together with the catering team at RIBA to prepare the menus that are presented in this folder. We have carefully checked each item ingredient by ingredient, to make sure that they comply with Kashrut regulations. We have advised the catering team on where to source kosher products, so that you can be assured that everything meets our standard. Before any food is prepared, we come in and Kosher the kitchen facilities. We oversee the preparation and serving of the meal to make sure that all of our requirements are adhered to. Finally, the catering team at the RIBA will use our Kosher dishes. All this happens behind the scenes, leaving you to enjoy a tasty and Kosher event.
