The Impact Crushers series H.S. are modern economical, heavy duty reduction machines. They are employed for secondary crushing with feed sizes up to 40 cm and capacities from 80 to 300 TPH. The H.S. series is equipped with a third impact anvil, which will increase the reduction ratio and the percentage of cubical shaped product. In addition the reduction ratio is variable through adjustment of the impact anvils and grinding path as well as the rotor speed. The design features, use of high wear resistant castings and utilization factor of the wear parts make this machine superior to any crusher of this type available today. Easy access and replacement time of wear parts assures minimum downtime and high availability. Only the rotor bearings require lubrication. The rear part of the crusher housing is hinged and can be supplied with mechanical or hydraulic opening. Benefits: High ratio of reduction compared to compression type crushing. The hydrasander is used for dewatering and removing the slit content from wash sand. The large diameter bucket wheel, long fines recovery spiral and low power requirements enables these units to be both efficient and cost-effective. Each hydrasander has a contra-flow screw recovery spiral fitted in the claim are of the tank. This spiral plays a very important role when the product to be processed contains a high percentage of fine or lower density particles. Depending on the waterfowl rate a certain percentage of bottom fines can escape first pass recovery and they are then influenced by the water flow along the settlement tank towards the weir system at the opposite end. As these fine particles move along they gravitate towards the tank bottom and into contact with the spiral blades. At the beginning of crushing process the material ( below 450 mm) is fed into the vibration feeder . The vibrating feeder which is made of wear resistance steel sheet directs the material into grizzly screen. The heavy duty double Grizzly screen is set to scalp material below 6mm. This scalped material is removed from the crushing process and stockpile at the side of the unit . The wear resistance and string Grizzly section direct the course feed material in to the jaw crusher . and the rest of the material without entering the jaw crusher is directed into the impact crusher by means of the relative conveyor. The discharge opening of the jaw crusher is adjustable . All the equipments of the first crushing process are mounted on the primary chassis.

Secondary Crushing Unit : In the second phase of crushing process, the material ( below 120mm ) discharged from the first phase is entered into the impact crusher and crushed . The crushed material discharged from the impact crusher is delivered into a triple- deck vibrating screen by means of the relative belt conveyor. The capacity of vibrating screen is adjustable. These exchangeable screens efficiently handle the material and classify them in 3 sizes at each side of the secondary chassis. All the equipments of the second crushing process are mounted on the secondary chassis . if material within the range 5-50 mm is needed , the aggregates returned from the first of vibrating screen can be used as final product, which in this case the capacity will be increased
