Technical Training College Our college delivers a variety of technical based training courses and qualifications. We offer: ♦ EASA Type / Basic Courses ♦ Compliance Training ♦ Aircraft Apprentice Scheme ♦ Degree Programmes in Aircraft Engineering ♦ Online Compliance and EASA Basic Training Working in partnership with Kingston University for over 10 years delivering Aircraft Engineering degree programmes, which incorporate EASA B1 courses. Students benefit from on-the-job training in the main facility including hangars and workshops. E-learning has also been developed for a variety of courses and qualifications, to allow individuals to learn at their own pace and in their own time.

EASA Category A Licence Duration: 1 year Location: Norwich Course Overview: The programme is designed in accordance with EASA Part 66 to provide the relevant knowledge in aircraft maintenance to become a category A licence engineer following a period of maintenance experience. An aircraft maintenance licence permits the holder to issue certificates of release to service following minor scheduled line maintenance and simple defect rectification within the limits of tasks specifically endorsed on the authorisation.
Course Overview: The programme is designed primarily to provide a higher education funded path to a career as a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in the aviation industry. It also provides an alternative to the more traditional aeronautical engineering courses, for those wishing to seek employment in other areas of the aviation industry such as maintenance planning and control, product development, technical services and other support departments.
