Murphy Wall Bed Superior Cabinets is a dealer of authentic Murphy Bed hardware. We produce the finished parts knock down style for easy on-site assembly and installation. We can design any wall unit configuration to suite your space. We offer Single/Twin, Double/Full and Queen sizes. This hardware has a 25 year warranty, supports 1700lbs and has extended height legs that can accommodate up to a 12” thick mattress. A regular coil mattress is recommended and this particular hardware is for residential use only.

NEXGEN™ is a trademark of Olon Industries Inc. A durable alternative to wood and painted cabinetry. The Westport line features molded one piece doors with an antibacterial surface that is easy to clean. Westport doors and drawer fronts have vertical grain direction and are non-grain matched. All foil finishes will have best match melamine print finished sides, panels and parts. These finishes are available in matte only. Case interiors are white to match backs on doors.

Construction strength cabinet feet have a 300lbs weight capacity per foot. Feet are height adjustable. All cabinets over 36” wide have an additional center foot for additional floor support. Cabinet feet also allow for easy access to plumbing and heating components.
Our European style cabinets are built using 5/8” white thermo-fused melamine with 1/4” hardboard backs. Cases are glued, dowelled and pressure assembled for strength and durability. Sink cabinets have solid wood horizontal cleat to support countertop material at sink area.

Alder
Alder is a relatively soft hardwood of medium density and has a warm, natural tone of honey to reddish brown. The even texture has occasional pin knots and has a similar grain pattern to Cherry and Maple.
Black Walnut is hard and durable. It is light to chocolate brown in colour showcasing a wide range of figures including stripes, burls, mottles and curls even within the same piece.
MDF Recessed Fronts can be ordered as an option for Radisson, Essex, Surrey, Terrace, Madrid and Denmark.

Cherry
Cherry is chosen for high-end furniture and cabinetry. Colour ranges from natural warm honey to reddish-brown, which darken considerably with light exposure. Due to growing patterns of Cherry, there may be mineral streaks, pin knots and gum pockets that create unique markings on the wood. Lighter sapwood may be present in Cherry which will not darken to the extent of normal Cherry wood.

Hickory is a hard, heavy wood with distinct and extremely dramatic colour variations in its grain due to the combination of sapwood and heartwood. These variations in colour are a trademark of hickory. Veneer panels and finished sides, as well as book matching on panels, may appear striped due to grain variations.

Oak
Oak is a relatively hard, dense wood with a high resistance to wear. A porous wood with a more open grain, Oak stained with light colours will show the wood and grain variation to a greater degree than with dark stain colours. However, the texture of Oak will be apparent even with dark finishes, due to the porous nature of the wood. Northern Red Oak is used in our Oak cabinetry.

Maple has long been a favourite wood in North America for furniture and cabinetry. Our hard white Maple offers strength and resistance to wear. This woods unique tight grain makes it a popular choice for both practical and stylish reasons.
High Gloss and Matte

MDF Handcrafted
Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made using hardwood or softwood residuals. Our MDF meets the formaldehyde emission levels of the California Air Resource Board (CARB), less than .09ppm, ensuring healthier air quality. MDF is generally denser than plywood, used for painted doors and has a high resistance to wear. MDF is great for environments with low humidity and dramatic seasonal changes, as cracking at door joints due to seasonal changes will not occur, unlike painted wood doors which crack at the joints.
