In this passage starts of with a New Numbers 28:11-14 moon and then comes the Sabbath after New moon. 14th day is New moon (beginning of the passover and every 7th day is the Sabbath. Passover is the 2nd month) Sabbath within the 2nd week in the Numbers 28:16-31 month of Abib Sabbath & Passover On the same day. This almost matches Leviticus 23, which only specifies the feast days.
