All of our systems are designed for use with aqueous detergents, which are more environmentally friendly than solvents. Aqueous fluids also produce stronger ultrasonic cavitation action than solvents. As the UK distributor for NGL fluids, Kemet has access to over 300 cleaning solutions and waste water treatment. Free cleaning fluid trials can be arranged to find the perfect solution.

Free oil can be removed from the wash liquid by a storage tank with an oil separation system while a spray bar enables effective surface skimming to the overflow weir.

Stencil & PCB Ultrasonic Cleaning High Level Cleanliness in Electronics Production STENCIL & PCB ULTRASONIC CLEANING

Powerful stencil cleaning and circuit board cleaning methods leading to excellent, repeatable results in a short time, without damaging the part. • 29” x 29” Stencil cleaners • PCB defluxers • Cleaners for manufacturing tools and equipment Equipped with guide rails for 29” frame stencils to prevent damage. Ultrasonic treatment time is set and started using the control panel. Spray rinse function is switched on after the ultrasonic treatment is complete and the lid is opened. As operator lifts stencil slowly out (automatic lift is available as option) spray nozzles, at two long tank edges, rinse the part with filtered liquid from the wash tank (tank heating is provided for avoiding foaming during spray stage). Drying stand to dry out stencil is placed (air knifes are available as option). Closed loop circulation runs after the cycle to filter out particles from wash liquid.
