Erdelyi really stepped up in her second season at USC and established herself as one of the top distance runners in the country. She won the Pepperdine Invitational and the Roadrunner Classic meets and was USC's top finisher at the Pac-10 and NCAA West Championships. The Trojans as a team also won both meets, making it consecutive wins for the first time since the 1997 season. The Trojans showed their depth in talent this season.
