Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Mission Karnataka State Rural Livelihoods Mission (KSRLM) has been entrusted with the task of implementing National Rural Livelihoods Mission in the state of Karnataka. Sanjeevini is the name given to the Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Mission. Sanjeevini will be implemented in the State through a registered society called the Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society. The mission of the KSRLM is - “To reduce poverty by providing gainful wage and selfemployment opportunities through community institutions resulting in sustainable improvement in their livelihoods and to enhance the livelihood opportunities.” KSRLPS – Sanjeevini invites applications from committed development professionals who wish to contribute their knowledge, experience and skills to eradicate poverty in rural areas of all 30 districts of Karnataka, for following positions on contract basis. Full time Post Graduate (2 Yrs) in any discipline minimum 4 years relevant thematic / Eligibility programme experience in the rural Development. Candidate should have experience in handling large and multidisciplinary team as well executing Livelihoods, SHGs Programmes with demonstrated leadership Skills. Age below 45 Years. DPM Will be responsible for giving a district perspective to the Project and popularise it among all leading development institutions, civil society organisations and line department. Bank Officers in the Senior Management/ Executive Cadre, serving or retired with work experience in the area of Priority Sector Credit/ Financial Inclusion for a minimum period of 7 years. He should support the Banks in the recovery of the dues thereby encouraging Banks to participate actively in lending to SHGs. Full time graduate in any discipline with minimum 10 years of procurement experience in any world bank aided projects in Rural Development Sector. Procurement officer will be responsible for all procurement activities to be carried out by the mission; Conduct procurement capacity building activities for the State mission staff members and district teams. Review and handle the technical, commercial and Job Description legal aspects of procurement at all stages of the implementation cycle. Liaise with NRLM, MoRD on processing post review cases and get clearance on packages as per business standards. Research Assistant (HR) 20000 – 25000 Full time Post Graduate (2 Yrs) with specialization in HR with minimum 3 years relevant thematic / programme experience in the rural Development. Age below 35 Years. Work closely with SPM - HR, AM - HR and Shall be responsible for human resource development at SMMU/DMMU/TMMU. She/he should have adequate experience in HR / Administration. Responsibilities include: - Recruitment and induction of new staff - Team Building and Shared Vision in the Mission. - Performance Appraisal of the Staff. - Preparing Staff Capacity Building Plan. - Institutionalising System for Services, conduct, and discipline in the Mission. - Maintaining standard rate of staff retention in the Mission.
