Cancellation Policy

What is included in booth rental?

Booth cancellations must be received by AWWA in writing, email acceptable, [email protected].

If the exhibitor reduces the space reserved, the cancellation policy will apply to the canceled portion of space, and AWWA reserves the right to relocate the exhibitor to new booth space in the best interest of the conference.

Refunds Are Determined by the Following Criteria:

➤➤ Exhibit hall 24-hour perimeter security ➤➤ On-site opportunity to reserve booth space for ACE17 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

➤➤ August 27–October 30, 2015: 25% of the deposit will be forfeited to AWWA.

The exhibiting company is responsible for providing all booth furnishings, including carpet, tables, chairs, and so on. Electricity and other utility (water and air) connections are not provided with the space but can be ordered.

➤➤ November 1, 2015, through February 26, 2016: 25% of the total booth space will be forfeited to AWWA. ➤➤ After Friday, February 26, 2016 (final payment date): No refund will be made.
