Obedience Trials & Rally Trials Judging in Rings 7, 8, & 9  Qualifying Score Required For All Prizes A Dark Green Qualifying Ribbon offered by The Cypress Creek Kennel Club of Texas, Inc will be given to each dog attaining a Qualifying Score. Transfers will be allowed at this trial per AKC regulations PLEASE NOTE: Request for refunds for bitches who come in season after entries close (less $5 administrative fee) must be made in writing, accompanied by a veterinarian’s certificate, and presented to the Superintendent no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of judging.

Attention Exhibitors The show site will be available to exhibitors at 1:00 pm, Friday, November 7, 2014. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately (within one hour) following Best in Show judging on Sunday, November 9, 2014. All motor vehicles must be off premises by 8:00 pm, Sunday, November 9, 2014. This rule will be strictly enforced. Show site will be available to vendors at 10:00 am Friday, November 7, 2014. Vendors must vacate show site within 2 hours following Best in Show on Sunday, November 9, 2014. ALL MOTOR HOMES, BUSES, CAMPERS & LARGE TRUCKS MUST PARK NORTH TO SOUTH & IN DESIGNAT‐ ED AREAS. NO PARKING NEXT TO GRASSY AREAS. THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY OR DUMPING OF GRAY WA‐ TER. RESERVED PARKING AVAILABLE SEE PAGES 29 & 30. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK BEHIND THE BUILDING WITHOUT A PARKING PASS ISSUED BY Cypress Creek Kennel Club of Texas, Inc. Only dogs that are eligible to be shown under American Kennel Club rules shall be allowed within the show grounds. Puppies under the age of four months are strictly prohibited from the show grounds. There will be ample covered grooming & cra ng space available on a first‐come basis. NO space may be saved or roped off, with the excep on of reserved cra ng and grooming areas for suppor ng special es.  Public exercise pens will be available.  Ringside staging/holding areas will be available for use during breed judging. No long term cra ng will be  allowed in these areas. No grooming will be allowed in these areas.  The Show Commi ee reserves the right to require the stacking of crates, controlling the use of ex‐pens, and any other remedies it deems necessary for consolida ng space. Any exhibitor arguing with show officials or  exhibi ng unsportsmanlike behavior will be subject to Show Commi ee jurisdic on.  Exhibitors must keep grooming areas clean. Bring your broom, dustpan, etc. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN MARKED GRASSY AREAS OR BATHROOMS. There will be a 20 minute me limit on loading and unloading. Violators will be subject to towing at owners expense. All fire exits and passageways must be kept free and clear. Aisles must be kept open by order of the Fire Marshal. Electrical outlets are available on a first come basis. There will be medical personnel on grounds Saturday & Sunday. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED ON PREMISES.  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY NOT BE BROUGHT ON PREMISES.  Building hours are: Friday 1:00pm‐11:00pm • Saturday 6:00am‐10:00pm • Sunday 6:00am‐ 6:00pm Parking in handicap spaces will be monitored by officer on duty. Violators will be cketed. Due to the fact that an excessive amount of shavings/bedding has been le  in the parking lot, either le   in piles not bagged or just le  on the pavement, effec ve immediately: All shavings or bedding must be  on some sort of tarp, plas c shee ng or mat that can be easily rolled up by that individual & placed in  the dumpster or barrels provided in the parking lot by HF&R. This also includes any & all garbage  (especially dropping bags). HF&R staff will patrol the parking lots throughout the event. This will be  strictly enforced by HF&R & Failure to do so can result in a fine or expulsion from HF&R property.  All rights to TELEVISE, VIDEOTAPE, ADVERTISE, PHOTOGRAPH, PROMOTE or otherwise exploit this event are vested in the Club, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in wri ng by the Club. All persons & animals on the show grounds at any me while the show is in progress, do by a ending this show or par cipa ng therein, grant to the Club the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness & voice in any manner without further release or consent. The Kennel Club is not responsible for the ac ons or products of the commercial vendors at these shows. The Cypress Creek Kennel Club, Inc. do not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for this event. The Club reserves the right to subs tute a prize of equal or greater value. All trophies must be claimed the day of the show ‐ None will be mailed. All checks issued as prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lost, stolen and/or misplaced checks will not be replaced. Checks are valid for 90 days. The Superintendent is not able to cash checks.
