PURPOSE OF THE JOB: 

To initiate and implement complex multi-disciplinary projects

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: 

B Tech Eng + Pr Tech Eng

7 – 8 years project design, construction and project management experience

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: 

High level of computer literacy



Ability to scope and manage complex multidisciplinary projects



Knowledge of relevant water legislation



Knowledge of survey, land servitudes and similar disciplines



Vendor/contractor management



Preparation and Management of Tender & Contract documentation (GCC, NEC, FIDIC)



Good knowledge of OHS Act and other relevant legislation



Working knowledge of Engineering systems



Good product knowledge



Ability to apply quality management principles



Ability to derive high level cost estimates



Ability to identify and carry out risk analyses.



Good financial acumen



Proficiency in computer software: MS Suite
