Assist in the implementation of the store stockloss action planning



Check write off/ons are processed in accordance with company policy

Address non-compliant processes discovered during process reviews using LP Checklists and Audit



Drive effective communication forums to ensure process compliance is maintained







Store stock loss to budget or better



Stock movement policies are reviewed and adhered to i.e. Returns, write offs, product destruction Non-compliant processes addressed Attend and contribute to the stockloss meetings, compiling actions to resolve issues and reduce loss Contribute to weekly Loss Prevention Conference call Communicate store performance figures, Loss Prevention initiatives to store staff.

No breaches of Apprehension Policy Ensure personal safety and the safety of staff and customers at all times No injuries reported to staff or customers relating to apprehensions Every customer shopping bag has sold tape to identify sale of items – it is standard practice Provide front-of-house cover during busy trading hours to deter theft Build effective communication channels, attend management and daily staff meetings Recognition and praise given to staff who assist in identifying potential theft issues Ideas for continuous improvement are encouraged and supported. EAS tagging compliance as per Company standard, glass cabinets locked, CCTV in working order as a minimum

Daily Checklist completed and signed by LP staff member at start and end of days trade Non-compliant issues actioned, communicated, reported Offices and reserves are locked at all times, no external breaches recorded. Dock areas and external environments compliant – Stock not left unattended Check delivery compliance via CCTV system – issues raised with manager Inbound stock procedures followed as per company policy Fitting rooms controlled to reduce theft and improve customer service levels Manager informed and issues detailed in store action plan

Maintain effective processes to prevent/deter internal theft  Participate in and oversee cash lifts from registers daily as required





Conduct reserve checks randomly



Monitor and check staff purchases and discounts. Conduct bag and locker checks



Identify and assist with investigation of potential opportunities for breaches of company policies / procedures

Ensure customer/staff holds are held as per company policy

Test and review CCTV and EAS daily, issues/faults reported DVR checked to ensure system recording and time/date correct. Security systems utilised with good compliance levels achieved Equipment is maintained and in good working order
