HDPE ROLLER A HDPE roller has minimum 50% lighter than steel, which means lower power consumption and easier / cheaper transportation. With the self-cleaning roller surface, a prevention of build up of material, belt mistracking and less spillage from the belt. In addition, a HDPE roller with the concentric design, manufactured under ISO 9001 certification, offers a smooth and quiet operation. RETURN ROLLER The material accumulation and belt displacement issue caused by material buildup in moist, sticky applications. Spiral shape and disc designed prevent buildup on steel roller on return side of belt. As a consequence, the material does not adhere any more to the belt surface. Applications

Without belt cleaners, spiral/disc return rollers cannot efficiently prevent material accumulation and decrease the incrustation. Conveying High Corrosive and Humid Material Ceramic discs cover on rollers, which are suitable for conveying coke, sinter, furnace flat, bottom ash, etc., prevent rollers may broken from extreme abtasion to direct damage to belt.
