CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES
Allocate $3 million - $3.5 million of the total goal to the expansion of JSU’s Paul Snow Football Stadium. JSU athletics should develop a marketing plan to address the stadium renovations and premium seating. Distribute $3 million among Olympic sports as determined by JSU President William Meehan and the JSU Board of Trustees.
CAMPAIGN INFRASTRUCTURE AND STAFFING
Assign one of the current university development officers in the office of institutional development as a full-time development officer for JSU athletics. Hire a new university development officer to fill the vacant position in the central development office.
