Jack Henry & Associates Inc. Information A to Z Guide A Access Privileges Plaza Level: All ticket holders have access to this Level upon entry into the Allen Event Center. All attendees regardless of ticket location will enter on this Level. Premium Level: All ticket holders have access to this Level via the northwest or south elevators and/or stairs located in each corner of the arena. Guests must have a ticket for the Premium Level for access. All other areas of the Allen Event Center are prohibited to the general public and require appropriate credentials as applicable. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons of age 21 or older once inside the arena. All alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Allen Event Center management, and all alcohol sales can and will require the buyer to provide legal identification. Allen Americans Team Shop The Allen Americans Team Shop is located on the Plaza Level on the northwest side of the building and features a variety of Allen American merchandise.

Animals Although animals are not allowed in the Allen Event Center, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with disabilities. Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at the Allen Event Center and must remain on a leash or in a harness. All other animals are prohibited unless specified by management. Art Display We currently have none available. ATMs Currently, there is one ATM location within the Allen Event Center. It is located on the Plaza Level at the southwest corner of the building inside the Box Office lobby. Automobile Assistance The Allen Event Center, although not responsible for damage or theft, will provide security in its parking lots during events.

B Banners/Signs Banners and Signs are allowed at the Allen Event Center; however, they must be constructed of flame-retardant material and may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions (if at a game or sporting event). Banners or signs may not be placed on the court, be commercial in nature, obscene, or cause any disturbance to other fans. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not exceed three feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests or Allen Event Center advertising signage, or be temporarily or permanently affixed to the building structure. The Allen Event Center reserves the right to remove ANY banner or sign without exception. Banquet Rooms If you are interested in booking our meeting rooms or banquet space for your special event, contact the Allen Event Center at 972-678-4646. Broken Seat While still at the event, please write down the seat location and give this information to an usher or guest services representative at the Jack Henry Information Desk at the northwest main rotunda entrance. To submit this information after an event, please call

the Allen Event Center during normal business hours at 972-678-4646.

C Cameras No professional camera equipment may be brought in for any Allen Event Center event. This includes any type of "detachable" lens or flashes. Cameras are discouraged, but are permitted as long as they meet the previously mentioned criteria. Video equipment may not be brought in unless you are taping a friend or family member who is participating in a half-time performance, a promotion or some other special event. However, they must be checked in and you will be issued a tag at the Jack Henry Information Desk at the northwest main rotunda entrance. Anyone caught videotaping or taking professional photographs of an Allen Event Center event will have their film confiscated by an usher immediately. The cameras will be taken to the Jack Henry Information Desk located at the northwest main rotunda entrance. The camera can be picked up at the end of the event. The Allen Event Center is not liable for any damage to cameras brought into the building. Children's Entry Usually, children two years and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to the Allen Event Center. Children under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parents’ or guardian’s lap. PLEASE NOTE: Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry into the Allen Event Center. Please check the event’s ticket policies at the time of purchase. Climate Control The Allen Event Center maintains certain temperatures during all events including Allen Americans home games and other Allen Event Center events. These temperatures are determined event by event. For more information, please visit our Jack Henry Information Desk. Concessions There are a variety of permanent concession stands in the Allen Event Center with additional "portable" locations for Allen Americans home games and other selected events. Please reference our map for locations. Outlets that feature alcoholic beverages have been designated for your reference. Containers No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be brought into the Allen Event Center. Items for children such as baby bottles, formula, etc. will be allowed.

Courtesy Wheelchairs If you need assistance getting to or from your seats, please request a wheelchair at the Jack Henry Information Desk, located on the Plaza Level at the northwest main rotunda entrance. A Guest Services Representative will bring you a wheelchair to assist you to your seats. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned so that other patrons may receive assistance. Please contact your nearest usher when you would like to leave so that a wheelchair and Guest Services Representative may be located and dispatched.

D Services for Patrons with Disabilities The Allen Event Center is committed to providing every customer with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It is one of the most accessible arenas in the U.S. and meets or exceeds all guidelines set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Special seating throughout the venue allows patrons with disabilities the same flexibility on location and price options as any other patron. Elevators are available for the mobility impaired. Assisted listening devices for the hearing impaired are currently not available. All signage in the Allen Event Center also provides Braille for individuals with vision impairment. Access to the Allen Event Center. Drop-off and Pick-Up for patrons with disabilities is located along the north and south entrance of the Allen Event Center. No parking is allowed along the perimeter of the arena or in the drop-off area. Anyone parking here will be towed at the owner’s expense. Disabled parking for the Allen Event Center is located in the south VIP parking, northwest and south parking garages, and open retail parking. Facility Features. ADA seating options exist in all general seating categories. Assisted listening devices are currently not available. In addition, all restrooms, drinking fountains, smoking areas, ATM’s and concession stands at the Allen Event Center are accessible. Unisex bathrooms are also available where visitors can take family members requiring assistance. Elevators are located at the northwest and southeast of the Allen Event Center. Patrons with disabilities and their companions are given first priority for service at all elevators. Guest Service Representatives are ready to serve all guests at the Jack Henry Information Desk. Customer Service. The Allen Event Center staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about access to and within the facility. rotunda entrance. Doors Open For most sporting events, doors open one hour prior to game time for the general public. For other events, doors usually open one hour and thirty minutes prior to the opening act. This may vary by event. For information, please call the Allen Event Center at 972-6784646.

E Elevators There are two public elevators located in the Allen Event Center. They are located as follows: One at the northwest corner, one at the southeast entrance. Emergencies/Evacuations In the event of an emergency, all Allen Event Center personnel have been trained and instructed to assist you in evacuating the premises. Appropriate emergency strobe lights and voice enunciators are located throughout the building, as well as in all public restrooms. Please always remain calm and follow the instructions from Allen Event Center staff members.

F First Aid In the event of an emergency, please notify any Allen Event Center representative or uniformed police officer or EMT in your area in order to ensure that appropriate emergency personnel are notified and dispatched. Paramedics and EMT staff the First Aid Center at the Allen Event Center. First Aid is located on the Plaza Level between Section 108 and 109. Food/Beverages Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not allowed to be brought into the Allen Event Center. Concession stands located throughout the Allen Event Center sell a wide assortment of food, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Texas state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21.

Guests will be required to show legal identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

G Getting to the Game For parking and directions to the Allen Event Center, please visit our web site at www.alleneventcenter.com. Group Events/Sales If you are bringing a group of 25 or more to an Allen Event Center event, you are eligible for a group discount. Contact our sales department for more information at 972-6784646. Guest Conduct The Allen Event Center intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, arena management does not intend to allow a pleasant experience to be disrupted or ruined by unruly guests. Therefore, we have established the following rules for expected guest conduct: Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed on the Allen Event Center property. Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the Allen Event Center with no refund. Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the Allen Event Center. Guests interfering with the progress of the event or attempting to enter or throw items within the facility grounds will be ejected from the Allen Event Center and possibly arrested. To enforce these policies, Allen Event Center event staff and Allen Police Officers are located throughout the arena. Guests who are not here to enjoy the event or cannot comply with these rules will not be welcome at the Allen Event Center. Guest Services Our Guest Services staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about the services and amenities within the Allen Event Center. You can find our staff at any event at the northwest main rotunda and south entrances of the Plaza Level or at the jack Henry information Desk. You can reach a Guest Services Representative by phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at 972-678-4646. If you contact this department during business hours and reach a recording, please leave a message, as all of our representatives are assisting other patrons. Your phone call will be returned in the

H Hotels There are many hotels conveniently located around the Allen Event Center and in the Collin County area. For a complete listing, please visit www.cityofallen.org/visiting_us/sleep.

I Item check If you need to check a stroller, or any item that is too cumbersome to keep under a seat, you can check this item with the Allen Event Center at the northwest Jack Henry Information Desk. You will receive a tag which will allow you to claim your item upon conclusion of the event.

L Lost and Found If you have lost an item during the event, please contact the nearest Allen Event Center staff member for assistance. You may also turn any found items in at our Jack Henry Information Desk. After the event, all items turned in will be taken to the Security Command Center and will be logged. Items will be held for thirty days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity. On non-event days, please call the Allen Event Center at 972678-4646 and leave a detailed description of your misplaced item with the time, date and location of where you think the item was lost. Leave your name and phone number and we will call you back within two business days. Lost parents/Found children Children should be told to contact the nearest Allen Event Center staff member should they become lost. Lost children will be taken to the Jack Henry Information Desk on the Plaza Level at the northwest corner next to the main rotunda entrance. Parents looking for a lost child should also go to the Jack Henry Information Desk.

M Merchandise Event merchandise can be purchased during the event at the various merchandise stands located throughout the Allen Event Center. On non-event days, Allen American merchandise can be purchased at our Allen Americans Team Shop at the northwest side of the Plaza Level.

O Outside Vending The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages or other items on the property without written Allen Event Center authorization is strictly prohibited.

P Parking The Allen Event Center features over 4,000 parking spaces on its property, including parking for patrons with disabilities located in our south VIP parking, northwest and south parking garages, and general retail parking. All parking is free. Please call the Allen Event Center at 972-678-4646 for specific event parking information. Private Events at the Allen Event Center You can hold your next corporate or private party at the Allen Event Center. The facility can accommodate events from as intimate as 10 to more than 2,000 patrons. The Allen Event Center features a variety of available locations that can be rented on non-event days for conferences, meetings, trade shows and private parties. Catering and event planning services are also available. Events can be held almost anywhere in the facility from the event floor to the spacious Party Suites. R Restaurants The Allen Event Center has one public restaurant located on the Premium Level. The Absolut® Club, located on the southeast corner of the premium level, offers an affordable variety of cuisine for premium customers. Please see the facility map for locations. Restrooms There are restrooms located throughout the Allen Event Center for your convenience. You can find these on both levels (see map). All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications. The Allen Event Center also provides private bathrooms on every level of the building that accommodate patrons with disabilities who are assisted by a companion or family member.

S Season Ticket Purchase Information If you are interested in purchasing season tickets with the Allen Americans, one of the Allen Americans sales executives is on hand to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Just dial 972-912-1000. Or you can stop by our Jack Henry Information Desk at any event to receive information regarding our season tickets. Season Ticket Services If you are currently a season ticket holder and have any questions about your account, or your benefits as a season ticket holder, call the Allen Americans sales staff Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 972-912-1000. Security/Crowd Management The Allen Event Center wants to ensure that patrons have a fun and safe experience at the arena. If you have any concerns or questions, visit your nearest Allen Event Center staff member. The Allen Event Center staff and Allen Police Officers will provide these services for all events, patrons and performers. Additionally, the Allen Event Center has a state-of-the-art, electronic security system which features closed circuit cameras and monitors, electric door alarms, access control system and outdoor lighting. Allen Police and security staff will be on patrol 24 hours a day securing the site as well as the Allen Event Center.

Among the measures that will be in place at the Allen Event Center: Increased security presence inside and outside the Allen Event Center. Small handbags and small purses will be allowed in the Allen Event Center, but will be inspected at all entrance gates. Certain items will not be allowed in the Allen Event Center. These items include large bags, coolers, backpacks, and other prohibited items such as bottles, cans, food and other containers. These items will not be stored within the facility. Smoking Policy The Allen Event Center is a smoke-free facility with a limited number of designated smoking areas. Smoking is permitted in the smoking areas at all outdoor plazas as well as at the designated area at the southwest premium level balcony. Smoking is prohibited in any other area of the Allen Event Center. Guests who fail to comply with the Allen Event Center’s smoking policy will be asked to cease smoking or to move to a designated smoking area. Those continuing to violate the policy will be ejected from the facility. Please dispose of all said items prior to entering the Allen Event Center at the nearest trash bin. Sponsorship Opportunities If you are interested in sponsorship opportunities with the Allen Event Center, Allen Americans, or other events please call the Allen Event Center Administrative Offices at 972-678-4646. Strollers Strollers are allowed into the Allen Event Center. Fold up strollers should be stored under your seat. Non-folding strollers should be checked at the Jack Henry Information Desk on the Plaza Level at the northwest main rotunda entrance. Suites Any parties interested in purchasing a suite, party suite, loge, club or other premium packages at the Allen Event Center, please contact us at 972-678-4646.

T Tailgating Tailgating is prohibited at the Allen Event Center. Overnight parking is also prohibited.

Television Monitors There are 85 television monitors located throughout the Allen Event Center. Ticket Information If you are interested in purchasing tickets to an Allen Event Center event, you can do so at the Allen Event Center Box Office at the southwest corner of the Allen Event Center. Allen Event Center accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction. Tickets can also be purchased online at gettix.net or by calling (866) 443-8849. Box Office hours are: Monday - Friday Non-Event Days: 10:00AM - 6:00PM Event Days: 10:00 AM - ½ hour after event start Saturday Non-Event Days: 10:00AM - 3:00PM Event Days: 10:00 AM - ½ hour after event start Sunday Non-Event Days: Closed Event Days: 10:00 AM - ½ hour after event start Tours of the Allen Event Center The Allen Event Center offers a fun, educational guided walking tours. Tour participants will get to see "behind the scenes" activities and locations such as the media interview room, star dressing rooms, a luxury suite and even one of the locker rooms! Tours of the Allen Event Center are offered on non-event days only. All tours are wheelchair accessible. Tour costs, times and information including group tours can be obtained by calling the Allen Event Center at 972-678-4646.

V Video Recorders Video recorders are prohibited in the Allen Event Center unless they are being utilized to record a family member or friend in a special on-court promotion or event. A camera pass must be obtained at our Jack Henry Information Desk at the northwest main rotunda entrance prior to any taping taking place. This pass allows you to tape your special event

or promotion only, and no taping of any Allen Event Center event is permitted. Anyone caught videotaping of an Allen Event Center event will have their video recorder confiscated by an usher immediately. The recorder will be taken to the Jack Henry Information Desk located at the northwest main rotunda entrance. The camera can be picked up at the end of the event. The Allen Event Center is not liable for any damage to video recorders brought into the Allen Event Center.

W Wheelchairs (see Courtesy Wheelchairs) The Allen Event Center provides wheelchairs that can be utilized free of charge. They are located at the Allen Event Center Jack Henry Information Desk at the northwest main rotunda entrance. Will Call Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office two hours prior to the event start time. You must a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets at Will Call. The Allen Event Center does not accept Will Call drop off.
