1. Product Overview 1.1 Overall description Congratulations! You are now holding iTrack; GPS smart tracking device. iTrack includes the basic function of tracking using GPS and GSM cellular technology to receive the location. iTrack can protect your property against thefts and locate your car at any time. iTrack can work with any car model, and do not need any technical knowledge to operate. All of the controlling options of the device are handled by sending SMS from a different mobile.

 Track the position of your car at any time.  Super simple to operate.  You can conceal the device anywhere in the car.

 Online platform for tracking (GPRS).  Anti-theft alarm. With the movement of the car, the device will call the owner of the car.

 No need for special installation.  Low battery alarm.

 Using iTrack's unique platform to track the car location.

 You can set speed limit for the device, and get alert when your car reaches the limit.

3. First Time Instructions Before first use, please read the following instructions:  Charge the iTrack at least 1.5 hours first charge.  iTrack is NOT waterproof, and you shall not use it in water.  Do not use any detergent to clean iTrack or the charger. Use only dry rag.  Use iTrack only with the battery we supplied for you.  Do not expose iTrack to high temperature, fire, dust, sand or humidity.  Use iTrack only with the power supply we supplied for you.  Do not try to fix the device or the power supply by yourself. Any damage to the power supply's wires could cause electrocution.  In any case of failure please contact our support team.  Before using iTrack, you must purchase SIM card from your favorite mobile carrier that supports 2 GSM network and buy talk and text plan. If you would like to be able to track the device position even when there is no GPS signal, or if you would like to use our GPRS online platform, you should also purchase Data plan.  Keep your SIM card mobile phone number that you received from the carrier.  You should use regular SIM card and not Micro or Nano SIM.  Make sure your SIM card is not password protected.  Make sure the Caller ID feature is not blocked.  With iTrack you can set owner phone number. Only this number can control the device's features.  iTrack Default password is: 0000. For your privacy, please consider changing it (page 9).

4. Introduction 4.1 Key description   1 - GSM cellular reception LED.   

2 - GPS Reception LED. 3 - Power button. 4 - Charging LED / Motion sensor . 5 - USB charging port.

4.2 Key Information When the device is off: LED (4) is on, device is charging. Long press on button (3) turns the device on / off. When the device is on: LED (1) is flashing fast – iTrack is connected to GSM network. LED (2) is flashing slowly – iTrack is not connected to GSM network. LED (2) is flashing fast – iTrack is connected to the GPS network. LED (2) is flashing slowly – iTrack is not connected to the GPS network. LED (4) is flashing – iTrack is in motion.

5. Instructions – Step by Step iTrack device is very easy to operate, please follow the instructions below.

5.1 SIM Card Installation Open the back cover slowly, slide in the SIM card (as shown in the picture below). Put back the battery and close the cover.

Afterwards, turn on the device. Press long on the power button. After turning on the device, please wait 60 seconds before continue to the next step. The device needs to connect to the GSM network first.

5.2 Setting owner's mobile number  

Pay attention! This step is important to do firstly. You need to send SMS to the device, with this exact content, including commas and without any spaces or parentheses:

1,(Password),(Owner's mobile number) Start here

Example:

Your default password is: 0000. Your mobile phone number is 345-444-6666. You need to send the following text message to iTrack:

1,0000,3454446666 The device will reply back "OK". Visual Example: 1) Sending SMS with the numbers.

5.3 Changing Password iTrack left our factory with default password: 0000. We strongly recommend that you change the default password. If you forgot the password, please contact our support team. You need to send SMS to the device, with this exact content, including commas and without any spaces or parentheses:

3,(Old password),(New password) Start here

The device will reply back "OK".

Example:

Default password is: 0000, and you want to change the password to: 1234. You need to send the following text message to iTrack:

3,0000,1234 (The password must be 4 digits long).

Important Message: changing the password can only be obtained by sending SMS from the owner's mobile number.

5.4 Getting GPS Position Link Send SMS to the device with the content:

iTrack device has a built-in GPS chip that can show you the location everywhere in the world. First, the device will try to locate GPS satellites. If GPS is found, the device will send back SMS with map and address link. In order to get position link without GPS satellites (meaning, inside buildings and structures), the device can also receive the estimated position from cellular antenna. To do that, you need to contact your mobile carrier provider and ask for "APN information". After you get this information, send SMS to the device with this exact content, including commas and without any parentheses:

8,(APN address),(user name),(password) **if there is no user name and password, just leave blank.

Example: In the USA, the APN details for T-mobile carrier: APN name is: internet2.voicestream.com, username and password are "guest". The SMS you need to send to the device is:

8,internet2.voicestream.com,guest,guest ** Don’t forget to active your data plan. Visual Example: 1) Sending the SMS

**Attention: The reply back from the device could take up to 30 seconds. Important message: GPS link can only be obtained by sending SMS from the owner's mobile number.

5.5 Speed Limit With iTrack device, you can set a speed limit number, that if your vehicle is overspeed, you will get SMS that shows you the car's speed. You need to send SMS to the device, with this exact content, including comma and without any spaces or parentheses:

The device will reply back "OK".

Example: If You want to get alert when your car is at the speed of 120 Km/h The SMS you need to send to the device is:

4,120 (It is better not to set a speed limit that is less than 20 km/h)

In order to cancel the speed limit alert: send SMS: 4,0 Important message: Speed limit alert SMS can only be obtained by sending SMS from the owner's mobile number.

5.6 Anti Theft Alarm iTrack device has Anti Theft Alarm system. In this system, you can set that after a certain period of minutes, the alarm will be active automatically and iTrack will alert any unauthorized car movement. You need to send SMS to the device, with this exact content, including comma and without any spaces or parentheses:

9,(Number of minutes to active the alarm) .this number should not be more than 999 minutes **

Start here Example:

If for example, you want the device to be armed 10 minutes after you parked your car. The SMS you need to send to the device is:

9,10 In this example, after your car parked for 10 minutes, the anti theft alarm will start to work and send you SMS to your mobile phone: "Armed". If someone is moving your car, the device will call you, and send you an SMS with the car's location. In order to pause the system so you can drive your car, you need to make a phone call to the iTrack phone number. the device will send you SMS: "OFF", so you can use your car again until next time you park it. And so on. In order to cancel the anti theft system: send this command:

Important message: Setting anti theft alarm SMS can only be obtained by sending SMS from the owner's mobile number.

Full Visual Example: For example, you want to set that after 60 minutes of parking, the anti theft alarm will be armed. Send SMS to the device: 9,60 and the device will reply back "OK".

1) Sending SMS with the numbers.



After your car will have no movement for 60 minutes, the device will send you SMS: "Armed"

 From now on, if your car moves, the device will call you and send you SMS. In order to pause the system, just call the device. The device will hang up and send you "Off" until next time.

6. Warranty Dear customer, We want to thank you for choosing our product: iTrack, and hope you will produce the best of it. iTrack warranty is valid for 1 year from the day you bought it.

Warranty Terms 1) During the warranty time, iTrack undertakes to fix any fault or error that will be found in the device. Free of charge. 2) iTrack undertakes to use only real and genuine replacement parts. 3) iTrack undertakes to fix the device within 10 days from receiving the device. Saturdays and holidays will not be counted. 4) After returning the device from the reparation, the device warranty will be covered for the rest of the warranty time and will not be extended due to repairing time. 5) In case of need to replace the entire device, the broken device will be the property of the manufacturer. 6) In case of need to replace the entire device, the customer knows that all the information inside the device will be deleted and set to factory default. 7) iTrack undertakes to give the customer full detail of the fixing process and replacement parts being used. 8) Fixing and repairing the device will be in iTrack's labs. The expenses of the delivery will be paid by the customer. 9) iTrack can refuse to provide a warranty in case of deliberate harm to the device or if found any of the following cases: - Depravation caused by using the device for any use it was not meant to be. - Damage caused by fragile, accident, hit, stroke, fall down, pressure on the device, destruction, negligence, carelessness, sand, dusk or fluid penetration. - Force Majeure or any similar event caused after the device arrived to the customer. - Any attempt to fix the device by a non-certified on our behalf. - Any occasion of lack of GPS or cellular coverage or by any wireless disruption. Dear Customer, in order to improve the service provided to you, please save this manual and warranty paper. This warranty is valid only when the signature of the seller is at the bottom of this paper.
