ATHLETE’S FOOT WHEN YOU DO, YOU CAN TREAT IT

LUZU (luliconazole) Cream, 1% is a prescription medicine used on the skin (topical) to treat athlete’s foot between the toes (interdigital tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris) and ringworm (tinea corporis) in patients 18 years of age and older. It is not known if LUZU Cream is safe and effective in children.

A FUNGAL INFECTION Athlete’s foot, along with jock itch and ringworm, are fungal skin infections that like to grow in warm, damp places.1

HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS Fungal infections spread easily and can come back often. You can get them by walking barefoot (like around pools and locker rooms), wearing tight clothing and shoes, or touching an infected person.1

BOTHERSOME SYMPTOMS While the condition is almost never serious, symptoms can be bothersome and include itching, redness, peeling, discomfort, and cracked skin. Other symptoms are specific to the affected body part.1

LUZU Cream is for use on skin only. Do not get LUZU Cream near or in your eyes, mouth or vagina. Before using LUZU Cream, tell your doctor about any medical conditions you have, including if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed. It is not known whether LUZU Cream will harm your unborn baby or if it passes into breast milk. Tell your doctor about all of the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Use LUZU Cream exactly as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands after applying it. LUZU Cream may cause skin reactions or irritation at the treatment site. Tell your doctor if you have skin reactions at the treatment sites.
