This series pump mainly make up of pump body, pump deck, motor

etc. Each part link with nuts .At the bottom of pump deck ,the foot of pump can be adjusted, it convenience setup, don’t need static setup foundation. In process of setup can according with different needs to setup outlet pipe vertical or rotation with 60°. This series pump in process of design adopt smooth transition, rigidity structure, thick wall design. And the material of pump body, pump cover, impeller and all materiel contact fittings are AISI316L or AISI304. Mechanical Seal adopt high quality stainless steel and carborundum, Great improvemented it’s abrasion resistance and self lubricating. Extended it’s service life. setup Centrifugal Pump , the location of pump should

be under absorb liquid level(if the location of pump higher then absorb liquid level, before pump power on ,it should fill

pump).before used

should check rotate direction of impeller whether correct. pump inlet/outlet joint nuts whether tighten, the gasket of pump cover and pump body whether good. And before used materiel contact parts should steam sterilization, make sure food hygiene. At the outlet place of pump should setup a sanitary valve to control flow rate of pump. Don’t make long time overload operation, in order to avoid broken motor. After use pump should immediately CIP cleaning every time, in order to avoid material adhere. If there are’t have CIP it should be manual cleaning. While cleaning first let hot water through

then dismantle ,use

fur brush clean materiel contact fittings of pump ,then use water flush, after cleaning ,then setup with ordering. While using if find behind of pump face that have material at floor ,it indicate seal leaked. At this time should check machine seal set of seal place ,if serious abrasion or gasket broken ,should replace or after grinding then use it.

Main materiel contact fittings ,adopt stainless steel 316L,every parts compose easy dismantle structure,convince user cleaning. 2. dismantle, Assemble, use etc. The dismantle of self-priming pump should according to under step, release clamping lever, take off clamping ring and pump cover, use spanner release clamping screw, then can dismantle impeller , take down spring \ spring seat \ rubber bellows\ rotating ring of mechanical seal , don’t dismantle stationary seal ring ,until dismantle pump body. Assemble is opposite step of above step. Before assembling should first check motor direction of rotation, from under

pump looking it’s clockwise direction, self-priming pump don’t

need pump priming, location of pump could higher than absorb liquid level, the outlet pipeline of pump should setup pressure gauge, to know In using pressure. Before use every time, should do all materiel contact fittings steam disinfection, to ensure food hygiene, steam pressure(gauge pressure ) is 0.1Mpa,before run close pressure gauge plug cock, while running open pressure gauge plug cock, when use finished, should first use hot water circulate, then dismantle and use fur brush clean at once ,to avoid material adherence and deteriorate. While initialization use pump, should at absorb water mouth pour in a

little water, let it form liquid seal(from pump absorb mouth regulate bolt hole). pump absorb mouth regulate bolt make an impact of reduce liquid and air noise,while regular working of pump ,allow in this bolt hole in a little air current.

1 before power on should open pump head to check 2. dismantle and let stationary seal ring in seat compress O style seal. 3turn on then turn off,check principal axis rotate direction same like pump rotate direction ,change seal. 4,compress to impeller 5. before power on use hand rotate principal axis,if too tight should open check seal,change seal spring or a set of seal.
