Examples of Our Success Far beyond our equipment, Industrial Dynamics has demonstrated a proven ability to solve complex problems for our customers: •

When a major Fortune 50 company wanted to outsource its internal stamping operations, Industrial Dynamics delivered - absorbing 150 new parts over a six month time frame with no disruption to the customer. Our experience with vendor managed inventories, preventative die maintenance, integration and quality systems proved invaluable to our customer. Solving complex problems with a focus on creativity, flexibility and customer service is a cornerstone of IFI’s operating philosophy. When a major defense contractor needed to re-source a challenging and mission critical lead-based part for a legacy defense system, Industrial Dynamics used its unique experience with lead fabrication to design a solution for the customer. ID delivered 60,000 units to the customer within a two month time period with 100% acceptance. The parts were delivered at a 40% discount to the supplier’s objective. When a major automotive customer required greater than Six Sigma quality for a critical part in power assembly, Industrial Dynamics delivered producing over 100 million units during a 10 year time period. When a Fortune 500 company needed to resource a mission critical part with unique material requirements with 10 days notice, IFI delivered by sourcing the material from a non-traditional supplier, producing the part over the weekend, couriering the part to the outside processor and delivering the part to the customer within the defined timeframe. When a supplier to the digital media industry wanted a domestic source for critical components that were being outsourced overseas, Industrial Dynamics worked with the customer to develop lower cost, higher quality products for their applications. The net result has been a 100% increase in volume with significantly higher customer satisfaction.
