TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Scheduling Recommendations Tip To deliver 0.1" applications of water, run sprayhead zones for 5 minutes and rotor zones for 20 minutes. Use repeat cycles and seasonal adjustments to achieve optimum irrigation benefit. Water retention capacities will vary by soil type and are generally measured in inches-of-water per inch-of-soil thickness as shown in the table below.
Electrical Troubleshooting Tip Take the resistance readings of valve wire runs to identify solenoid or wire problems. A good solenoid/wire has a resistance of 20-60 ohms. If measured resistance is below 20 ohms, a short exists in the solenoid. If resistance is above 60 ohms a partial (poor) connection or open circuit is the issue.

Conditions Minimum invoice charge is $25.00.
Payment Terms Golf Courses:
2% - 10 days, Net 20 days.
Professional Contractors: 6% - COD.
3% - 30 days, Net 60 days.
Above terms apply unless otherwise specified and subject to approved credit. Interest of 1 1/2% per month is charged on overdue accounts.
Pricing Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are list prices unless otherwise specified. Trade discounts apply throughout. Prices are GST, PST (or HST) and/or QST extra if and when applicable.
Delivery Of Goods O rders received in our facilities before 12 P.M. are guaranteed to be shipped on the same day, subject to product availability. Our standard shipping company, Federal Express, guarantees next day delivery to most centers. All shipped orders via FedEx or Purolator will be subject to a shipping charge. Dangerous goods (PVC cement), heavy items (wire) and large dimensional products (pipe and valve boxes) will carry additional charges. Back orders will remain open until filled unless notified otherwise.
Product Returns Claims for shortages/errors made on packing slips must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of order. All product returns must be in new resalable condition, in original packaging. Any goods not in new, resalable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. No returns will be authorized in months December through February. For a return to be processed, the following must be adhered to: 1. Obtain a Returned Merchandise (RM) Authorization number prior to returning any product and include RM with returned product. 2. Shipment must be prepaid to your closest Turf Care location within 30 days after RM authorization is issued. 3. Any product returned to Turf Care without and RM will be refused or returned to customer. 4. A re-stocking fee of 20% will apply with minimum re-stocking fee of $10.00.
Special Orders All special non-stock orders must be prepaid and may not be cancelled or product returned.
Warranty All products are subject to manufacturer's warranties. Product exchanges will be made, no credit will be applied to accounts.
