There are a lot of changes happening this month – all of them good, of course  My big move to the Western Cape happens this month, although not fully sure when exactly as I haven’t found a place to rent yet, but fully trusting that it will arrive when needed, and be perfect. We have a new workshop out – Introduction to Healing – see the advert at the end of this newsletter. This is in response to a number of requests from therapists who do not know too much about chakras, as well as how to see the aura, psychic surgery, and more healing techniques and energy work. Also suited for the novice, it offers great insight and foundation into energy healing. Lee-Anne has now finished her move to Cape Town and will be seeing people in Milnerton and Atlantic Seaboard for Reiki and Crystal Healing treatments - a 45 minute to 1 hour session includes a consultation, Chakra balance, blockage removal, and Reiki energy healing. Lee-Anne has had great success with her clients, including working with infertility (her client has just given birth to a baby girl after giving up her dream of ever having children), chronic pain, headaches/migraines, stress, emotional issues and balancing and more! Big changes happening with the Metaphysics Diploma! As from 1 July 2013, we will be rolling out our new and improved Diploma, which is really quite exciting! We will only have 2 options available, being the Standard and Higher Diplomas. For both, you will receive 9 compulsory subjects and be able to choose the remainder of your subjects from a pool of colour-coded subjects. The diplomas now offer more practitioner programmes and healing systems (for those that wish to start their own business once they are qualified) as well as many attunement systems, other than just the Lightarian range. These new attunement systems are more affordable, although we will still be offering the Lightarian range for those that prefer them. We have updated the Lightarian Offerings to include the Lightarian Rays and Ascension Bands, so we now offer the full complement. On the Standard Diploma, you save ±R4 000 (if you took each subject individually) and on the Higher Diploma, you save ±R6 500. That’s a whole lot of money! Of course, the diploma will be given away at a promotional price for the first month or two, due to its facelift, which will offer a further saving of R2 000 on the Standard Diploma and R2 500 on the Higher Diploma. So that’s a total saving of R6 000 and R9 000 respectively. That’s HUGE!!!

For existing students, if you would like to change some of your course options, please ask me for a new Info Guide (formerly called the Prospectus), so you can see what courses you can swop for (they are all colour coded now according to monetary value). If you have a blue course, for example, that you would like to swop out, you can either swop it for another blue course or for 2 green courses. And if you have a green course you would like to swop out, you can either choose another green course or 3 purple courses. It sounds confusing now, but is pretty straight forward in the new Info Guide, which will only be put up on the website at the end of June. If you would like to receive a copy in the meantime, to help you decide whether you would like to sign up now or later (as we are running a promotion at the moment based on the old syllabus), or whether you are an existing student and want to see the new offerings, please e-mail me at [email protected].  Also, I have updated the Dropbox Reiki folder to include all the videos, audio, and powerpoint presentations from the Reiki Master Video course I was selling separately, as I want my students to have the best and I really think the additions will help you study much easier! Our Animal Healing & Communication workshops are going very well and I see since we have started giving them that a lot more people are waking up and starting to offer similar workshops. We may be relinquishing Durban soon insofar as workshops go, as there is little response from this sleepy sunshiney place. Perhaps I just don’t know where to advertise? We will then be focussing more on Johannesburg and Cape Town (as Cape Town will be a mere hour’s drive away from our new home). Also, I am toying with the idea of starting a new clientele base, and will be seeing people in Hermanus for Past Life Regression, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Shamanic Journeying, Soul Retrieval and more fun things like this. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in (if you are close by) or would travel for. I would also love to run some workshops from Stanford, which is just outside of Hermanus going towards the Eastern Cape, as there are wonderful venues out that way and it is so wonderfully peaceful. Again, please let me know if you would be willing to travel out that way or whether it is too out of the way for you. I’m still testing the water at this stage… I’m really quite excited about the move and can’t wait to see the whales and all the new landscape and towns and meet new people (hopefully lots of like-minded ones!) I would also love to have (or attend) a meditation evening one evening a month or even every week or second week Hermanus side.

The Power of Intentional Speech The universe manifests the reality we create with our words. The words we speak and write are pieces of energy that go out into the cosmos and are reflected back, amplified and materialized as reality. Your thoughts, expressed as actions and words serve as the basic building blocks today for the actual experience of tomorrow. So, what reality would you like to create? As you seek a more spiritual and fulfilling life, you will find that the words you speak can help you control the world around you. Your life can have a greater purpose when your speech is intentional and carefully chosen. Thought becomes deed through language. When we describe something, we seek to confine and possess it with the definition. The words we use reflect a real image in the mind's eye of the thing we most want. When these words are said on purpose they make an imprint on us and on the people who hear them. Here are the four patterns of purposeful linguistics to use in your spiritual practice. You can create the reality you want by speaking this way. Absence of Negatives The excited phrase "You're never going to believe this" is not an effective way to create positive spiritual energy. This phrase rejects faith, but you should be inviting faith to the table. No matter what news is being shared, small negative phrases and sentences pepper most peoples' speech. Speaking in completely positive words is difficult at first. With a little effort you can enjoy the amazing power to control reality by avoiding all negativity at the source of its creation: the spoken word. When you are asked a question and your usual answer would be "no" or "I don't think so," it is just as easy to answer with an explanation of what you want. When asked if you want to go out to eat, you can simply answer "I want to stay home and cook dinner" if that is what you prefer. The lack of negativity in that phrase creates great energy about what is about to happen and creates the rest of the evening. Positive Affirmations Positive Affirmations work best inserted into daily life as conversation starters. A Positive Affirmation such as "Opportunity is everywhere" can be stated as a fact when you are sitting alone in a room or at lunch with friends. "Love is the most important ingredient" can be offered as a gift to those around you. Simply speaking these affirmations creates completely new realities that emphasize the best elements of the known and experienced universe. Mantras Mantras work much like Positive Affirmations but are repeated ceaselessly. The power of the mantra is that the same phrase repeated over and over works on a cellular level to construct the universe you want. If your mantra is in a foreign language, you may empower the universe to create a world beyond your verbal imagination. A great mantra has a rhythm to the way it is pronounced. One example of this is "Om Mani Padme Hum," a Tibetan mantra that is roughly translated as celebrating compassion. This is a mantra that is chanted thousands of times daily in meditation sessions around the world, in tense times and in pleasant times. It rolls off the tongue almost effortlessly as it sends energy into the universe to be amplified in the creation of a new, compassionate existence.

Present Tense Everyone exists in the present but we spend most of our time discussing the past or the future. Keeping your linguistic choices confined to the present is a powerful way to immediately create the reality you desire. Instead of saying "I wish I were born rich" or "I want to be rich one day," say instead "I'm rich." You may not be able to go on a five-day shopping spree but you immediately tell the universe that you expect a multitude of material blessings because this is the ordinary routine for you. Certainty When you give the universe information that is certain, the confining and focused vision you offer up is returned closer to your exacting standards. When you speak in ambiguities of what you want, the universe can only reflect this messy array of desire with half-hearted experiences and dull success. When you give the universe a certain blueprint in specific words and impassioned assertions of what is to be, the universe gets to work on your behalf. Mary Todd told her friends during the 1820s,"The man I will marry will be President of the United States one day. The universe delivered a young suitor named Abraham. She became Mrs Lincoln and he became President. Be clear about what you want and why you want it. Ask for it with certainty. The universe delivers.

We agreed to be here at this great time, for the shifts that are taking place right now, we are here to contribute to the great turning, and we are here to answer the call, to step away from the nightmare that is being dreamed for us and dream a new world into being, a world that meets our need for connection, for belonging, and for right relationship between all beings. This is the way of the Munay Ki: that as we download these new codes into our field: we are creating an energetic structure that will hold a new dream, a dream of peace and harmony on this our planet earth. ANIMAL HEALING & COMMUNICATION

Come and join us on a weekend of fun and learning how to communicate with and heal the animals in your life. During this workshop you'll take part in exercises that will help open your mind to hearing the animals around you! The focus will be on practical experiences that will allow you to talk with animals in person. Telepathy with animals is a learned skill, reconnecting us with the ability we were all born with: to engage instinctively with animals and the natural world around us. Too often we lose touch with that sensitivity as we grow up. Working with a mix of photographs and animals, we will spend the first day rediscovering that amazing connection together.
