GENERAL MANAGER Is responsible of controlling: • Work progress • Quality • Financial situation, cost • Bank facilities • Insurance contract FINANCIAL & PROCUREMENT MANAGER Is responsible of controlling and preparing following tasks related to the project: • Cash flow • Cost control • Contract with suppliers including payment terms • Invoicing after recieving work progress from the project manager • Bank facilities • Insurance contract ACCOUNTANT Is responsible for: • Collection • Accounts • Payroll • Data entry for material and labor cost

PROJECT MANAGER Is responsible for: • Implementation of the quality management system • Managing the resource requirement for the project • Monitoring the achievement of progress • Identifying the project quality problems • Preparing material submittal • Controlling shop drawing • Meeting with main contractor and consultant if required • Internal meeting with site manager • Weekly report • Preparing the request for clarification • Implementing safety measures • Advising site managers • Issuing the transmittal numbering • Reporting to the main office the progress of work • Controlling of non-conformity product SITE MANAGER Is responsible for: • Daily report • Request for inspection • Carrying out site inspection with main contractor & consultant DRAFT MAN Will get instruction from project manager to prepare shop drawing and transmittal number. He will correct the consultant notes SUPERVISOR Responsible for the direct supervision between foreman and work to ensure the execution of the job with high accuracy and quality FOREMAN Will give instruction to technicians, and estimate the time completion for each job
