Introducing New e-‐Invites on MyShaklee.com! We’ve listened to your feedback regarding online invitations and campaigns! You want them simpler, easier to use and have more features. Now, we are excited to introduce e-‐Invites for your business! Some of the new features include: • Great new designs • Add your location and event details to the e-‐Invite! • Add notes and attachments (up to 4 MB) to your e-‐Invites, all from one screen. • Single-‐click event reminder notification set up. • Easy management of your event responses and the ability to add new guests to an existing e-‐Invite. • An event cancellation feature that automatically notifies all invitees. • Users automatically receive a mapping link to receive directions online! • Enhanced summary screen showing your open rates and scheduled reminders as well as giving you the ability to resend the invitation to those who haven’t responded.

How to use the e-‐invite tool From the Emails and Campaigns workspace, select Send e-‐Invite in the left-‐hand navigation menu. .
In Step 1, click SELECT on the background design you want to use, then click Save and Continue at the bottom left of the screen

Send up to 1,000 invitations at once. When you have selected your guests, click Save & Continue at the bottom left of the screen.
Step 4, you’ll review or edit your event details, design, attachments, and guest list. Next, you may schedule the invitation to go out at a later date, or send the e-‐invite out immediately.

RSVP E-‐Card to E-‐Invite Frequently Asked Questions
1. What change is occurring with the RSVP e-‐Cards? We are replacing the current RSVP format with a new e-‐invite design that includes new features and a new creation process. 2. How is the new e-‐Invitation format different/better than the current RSVP format? The new e-‐Invitation design will make it easier to create, send and track electronic invitations. New features include: • Great new designs to which you can add your location and event details. • The ability to add notes as well as attachments up to 4 MB to your invitations, all from one screen. • Single-‐click event reminder notification set up. • Easy management of your event responses and the ability to add new guests to an existing e-‐ Invite. • An event cancellation feature that automatically notifies all invitees. • Enhanced summary screen showing your open rates and scheduled reminders as well as giving you the ability to resend the invitation to those who haven’t responded. 3. When will the change occur? New e-‐Invitation cards will be available for use on MyShaklee.com starting October 1, 2012. 4. What will happen to the old RSVP E-‐Cards once the change is made? Current RSVP cards that you have been using will continue to exist alongside the new e-‐Invite versions of the same cards for a period of 31 days. After October 31, 2012 the old cards will be de-‐ activated. 5. Are there substitutions for all the cancelled formats? Yes. There will be updated versions of all currently existing RSVP invitation templates, as well as others for Earth Day, Sports Nutrition and Opportunity-‐focused templates with the “Transform Your Life” theme in English and Spanish. 6. What will happen to my card if I have an RSVP E-‐Card scheduled to go out before the phase out date? Nothing. Your RSVP card will go out as scheduled. 7. What will happen to my card if I have an RSVP E-‐Card for a recurring meeting scheduled for after the phase out date? If the card is part of a campaign, the campaign will continue with a copy of the phased-‐out card intact. If it is a single use email, the background will not be available and you will need to select a new background. 8. How do I change my existing RSVP E-‐Card to the new E-‐Invitation Format? The easiest way to change from an old RSVP E-‐Card to the new format is to go to the Manage E-‐ Invites, select the name of the invitation and select Copy Invitation. Click Edit Now and change from the background design that is being de-‐activated and select a new background design. Save your changes and the new design will be in place!
