A high-rise luxury apartment project in Vadodara City
A highly reputed real estate group in Vadodara was facing problem of water seepage due to continuous rainfall during 2013 monsoon season in their ongoing luxury high-rise project. They had a plan to apply quality weather guard paint, however, they is always a possibility of water ingression through micro porosities / cracks that could result as a path through the texture plaster (stucco) which was water absorbing by nature.
Zycosil+ was presented to the authorities and their architect through a table-top demonstration. Since the composition of the texture plaster was unknown, it was tested in Zydex R&D in order to see its response towards our Silane treatment. After successful evaluation of the product performance and assurance from R&D, they opted to use Zycosil+ for water-insulating all the exterior vertical walls.

Multiple projects of a Large Real Estate Developer in Gujarat
A large real estate developer well-known for their high-rise luxury apartment projects were looking for solutions that can address issues related to vertical wall seepage and dampness in their completed projects that they were maintaining for the first few years. Their only resort was carrying out crack-filling of visible openings over the walls. However, this approach was never ever capable of solving the problem satisfactorily.

Exposed brick structure of an International School at Surat
A reputed international school near Surat City, built completely with exposed brick was facing a major problem of efflorescence due to which the aesthetic aspect of the structure was badly affected. An Exposed Brick Five Star Hotel Building at Hyderabad
A five star multi-storied hotel in Hyderabad had an exposed brick structure. Due to continuous dripping of water from the plantation area in the podium slab the wall underneath was getting damaged. Apart from that the whole brick structure was developing white and dark patches due to efflorescence and fungus formation respectively.
