INSTALLING THE INFRARED SAUNA

1. Make sure sauna is located near receptacle. Do not use an extension cord. 2. You sauna comes in two boxes (three if an outdoor unit). Make sure same box number is on each box, i.e., “No. 12345 1 of 2 and No. 12345 2 of 2” . Additional boxes may be included if purchased certain accessories; these boxes will not be numbered. 3. Basic parts of a sauna room: a. Bottom panel b. Top panel c. Bench panel d. Bench heater panel e. Front panel f. Left side panel g. Right side panel h. Back panel h. Accessories 4. The sauna should be placed on a level surface. 5. The sauna must be placed indoors and in a dry area. The only exception is the ‘A’ series outdoor sauna. 6. Do not spray the interior with water. If floor is damp, install a floor separator to keep the sauna high and dry. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Assembly of your sauna requires at least two adults. Please read the instructions thoroughly and during assembly to insure proper installation of the unit. Assembly if your sauna comes with buckles (Figure 1):

--One, two, or three person models (see below for four person models) 1. Place bottom panel on the ground and make sure that the “FRONT” sticker is facing the direction where the front of the sauna is to be. 2. Select the back panel. This panel should have a sticker that says “BACK PANEL”. Connect the back panel to the bottom panel by lining up the back panel on the groove of the bottom panel. Keep in mind that the back panel will not have enough support until the side panels have been installed in place.

3. Select the left side panel. This panel should have a sticker that says “LEFT PANEL”. This panel should be placed on the left side when facing the sauna from the front. Connect the left side panel to the back panel by lining up the buckles and fastening them. 4. Select the right side panel. This panel should have a sticker that says “RIGHT PANEL”. This panel should be placed on the right side when facing the sauna from the front. Connect the right side panel to the back panel by lining up the buckles and fastening them. 5. Install the bench heater panel by lining up its sides with the vertical guides on each side panel. The bench heater panel must be positioned so that the “TOP” sticker is facing up and the heater facing outward. Be careful not to scratch the side panels when positioning the heater panel. 6. Plug in the bench heater cable to the outlet located on the back panel. Make sure the connection is secure. 7. Install the bench seat panel by sliding it over the horizontal guides on each side panel. Be careful not to scratch the side panels when doing so. Make sure to position the bench seat so that the “BACK” sticker is facing back, the smooth and finished side of the bench is facing up and forward. Then screw the bench using the screws included in your hardware package. 8. Set the wooden web back on top of the back of the bench so it fits within the side walls. Screw in place. 9. Place the front panel onto the recessed area where the “FRONT” sticker is. Align buckles with both side panels and secure in place by fastening the buckles. 10. Using a well-placed step-ladder, find one or more (depending on sauna size) male and female electrical wire connectors. On top of sauna, plug each male into its female, making sure connections are secure.

11. Inside the sauna, screw the cover of the inner control box. Plug the 6-pin plug into the 6-pin socket of the control panel. Insert the multi-pins plug into the multi-pin socket of the control panel.

The control wire (yellow, brown, blue, and white) comes from the power supply in the ceiling panel, and attaches to the control panel

BE CAREFUL to not bend the pins - this is the MOSTCOMMON problem we see.

Take the ribbon cable from the inside control panel and attach it to the outside control panel.

The ribbon cable has been successfully connected.

12. Align the inside door handle against 2 holes on the door. Align the outside door handles on the 2 hole on the door. Insert one bolt through the holes in the outside door handle, screw it into nut in the inside door handle. Repeat for the second hole

13. Plug stereo and secure stereo box with provided screws

14. If your unit comes with oxygen ionizer:

a. Insert wood screw in convenient place on wall, towards ceiling. Hang ionizer from screw. b. Open the floral scent container. c. Turn to LOW to release negative ion and dispense natural floral fragrances d. Turn to HIGH to dispense natural floral fragrances e. Turn to OFF to shut down ionizer DIGITAL CONTROL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Start the system

a. Press the key POWER to start the system. The power shows lighting of the green light; the Celsius shows the lighting of the red light; the panel temperature window displays; the time window displays; 15 seconds later the temperature displays the present temperature and the time window displays. 2. Set the temperature and time a. Press SET. After 5 to10 seconds delay the heating light will show red. Press the SET key again, the set light will show yellow. Change to Fahrenheit by pressing F. Press TEMP to set the temperature. The temperature window will display the set temperature 040. Press the left key to increase the temperature or press the right key to decrease the temperature. The range to adjust the temperature is 64°F to 140°F. Press the set key again to start heating. The temperature window now displays the present temperature. b. Press TIME to set the heating time. Press left key to increase the time; press right key to decrease the time. After the beginning of heating, the time window displays the count down time until 00 when heating is stopped. 3. Centigrade or Fahrenheit a. When you are not setting the system, by pressing the key C and F and determine either Centigrade or Fahrenheit degrees. Centigrade temperature can display a double-digit number; Fahrenheit will display a three-figure number. When the centigrade temperature is displayed, the centigrade light is on; when the Fahrenheit temperature is displayed, the Fahrenheit is on. 4. Settings can be adjusted from either the interior or exterior (if available on your unit) control panels. 5. After you have finished with your sauna session, press POWER to shut off the system.
