Step 1 - Researching Your Own Mid Ticket Item When researching your own mid ticket product to sell there are 2 things that are very important: 1)​ Getting your clients results 2)​ How you anticipate delivering your program You can head over to the Warrior Forum and see what other mid ticket to high ticket vendors are selling and their method of delivery. You could research what it takes to do any one of the skills listed above and implement your research get results then help your clients do the same. There is so much good information on YouTube and Google on any one of those topics. Infact there is enough information to make you an expert in one of those topics. If you wanted to master Affiliate Marketing you could go over to Google understand the general gist and then master 1 method of driving quality traffic to affiliate offers. Once you’ve mastered that you can easily turn that into a mid ticket program and use all the proof of earnings as proof your teachings work. However you must be willing to work hard, hard, hard. Step 2 - Creating Your Mid Ticket Product In this section I’m going to show you what it takes to create your own high ticket item. So like I said earlier if you’re starting out I’d recommend creating a video based coaching program + unlimited VIP email access + a Facebook mastermind group + weekly Q and A sessions once per week So as you can see this has 4 elements which increases the perceived value of this program: 1) ​ The​ video coaching program ​

This will be a collection of step by step video’s teaching your customer exactly what they need to do in order to get the desired result you’re promising them.

You can either use screenflow or camtasia depending on whether you’re using a Mac or a Windows computer. This nifty piece of software allows you to record your screen, your webcam and voice at the same time. So you could simply have a powerpoint presentation for each module of your coaching program and record it using screen recording software.

2) ​ Unlimited VIP email access

This is fairly easy you simply create a new email address with Gmail or your hosting company and provide access to this email address to your coaching clients only.

You would then link it to your phone and give your customers access to this email address which is solely for them. You want it to link to your phone because it allows you to respond to your client extremely quickly and that’s why they will be willing to pay you way more than just $5 or $10

3) ​ Facebook Mastermind group​ - This is pretty straight forward to setup you would just need to head over to Facebook​ -> click on​ Create Group​ on the right side -> Fill in the details such as the name etc and set the group to secret. Then you will simply give the link of the group to your members and tell them to request to join the group.

4) ​ Weekly Q & A webinar sessions

The best platform out there to run webinars is GotoWebinar - this platform is very solid and robust. Good news is comes with a free 30 day trial so you can make money before you need to purchase it.

There are free alternatives but they aren’t as stable and I’d recommend Gotowebinar. So you would simply ask your group of clients to send in their most pressing question a few days before the Q and A webinar. Simply send them an email and ask them to reply to it. Then you would create a powerpoint presentation with 1 question per slide and on the Webinar simply answer their questions. Towards the end of the call you can open the line up for live questions aswell to give back even more value to them.

Step 3 - Creating The High Converting Sales Page This is probably the most crucial aspect of the entire program. Get this wrong and you won’t be making any money at all regardless of much traffic you get. So we will be putting together a page that we will put on the Warrior Forum. Warrior Forum has a bunch of traffic and you can easily get more traffic simply by paying $19.95 and bumping your thread to very top of the WSO section. The best way to write your sales copy if #1 write it in Google Docs and the copy and paste it into the Warrior Forum. To open up a new WSO it’s pretty easy you need to head over to Warrior Forum and then click on the WSO section:

Ok so now you how to get the sales page editor up, I’m going to give you the exact formula or template if you will of how I’ve structured my page that has allowed me to bring in well over $10,000 profits in around 30 days. So here is the magic formula: Warrior Forum Title​ - This needs to extremely compelling because remember you are competing with a number of other WSO’s why should some click on your thread? Here are some example’s that have done really well for me and my friends : [$109,832 Proof Video] Make $3000 to $10,000 Per Month Guaranteed Or 300% Of Your Money Back! As you can see this title is highly compelling as it is promising video proof which irrefutable and also has a huge benefit which is congruent with what I’m offering on the inside. I’ll give you another example from my friend and mentor Bill Hugall: {Trusted Warrior} Guarantees Your Success!! Tons of Proof From Real successful Warriors! Ok so another key point to note is TRUST Bill uses this hook to get people to open his thread - the customers are investing alot of money and ideally want to buy from a trusted person. Another thing Bill plays on in his title is the proof element, the fact he guarantees you success and more importantly it’s everyday real warriors who are making money with his program so why not you. When creating your own Title you know have 3 killer titles you can potentially play with and come with your own unique twist. Just make sure whatever it is you say is 100% true and ethical. Now that your title is out of the way we will be focussing on what to put on your page in order for it to sell like hot little cup cakes: Pre Headline​ - So the pre headline is any text that comes before the headline. The role of the pre headline is to qualify the reader. This is a good place to hit them hard and suck them into reading your headline. An example pre headline would be: “If you’re sick and tired of making a big fat zero online and you’re 19

serious about succeeding then do not leave this page until you’ve read every single word... ” So as you can see this pre headline is #1: designed to pull them in if they are truly serious because only serious people will get results and thats type of people you want to work with. #2. It’s designed to make pull them in and read the next line which is the headline… Headline​ - Right so this is one of the most crucial elements of the page you’re headline needs to big, bold and pull your reader into your copy. You need to promise them a big solution to one of their biggest problems. So an example headline would be : “Who Else Wants Me To Personally Take You By The Hand & Help You Make $5k In As Little As 60 Days Starting Now?..” With this headline “Who Else” assumes I the vendor have already guided a lot of people to success. Secondly it’s a big problem for the I.M market they want to make money and they want to make it fast. I offer to help them #1 personally, #2 offer to help them make $5k, #3 offer to do it in as little as 60 days. So can you see how compelling this headline is? The best way to come up with your own unique headline is to look at 20

other high performing WSO’s and study their headlines. Of course you will need to practice. Proof​ - One of the main reasons people don’t buy is because they don’t believe what it is you’re selling to them. The best way to overcome this major objection is to show your readers proof that whatever it is you will teach them you can do yourself. So proof comes in different shapes and sizes. The typical proof is a screenshot of your commissions, screenshot of traffic or your list. To increase believability and stand out you could offer video proof. So you would simply record your screen logging into one of your affiliate accounts, or bank account, or autoresponders or whatever it is you are promising them show them you know what you’re talking about. Introduction to problem​ - People are reading your page because the have a problem, whether it is traffic, list building, conversion, etc so you need to specifically speak to this segment of the market. Example: Dear Frustrated Traffic Seeker Are you sick of never seeing any visitors on your webiste apart from yourself? Do you see the pain in the sentence and how it relates to the reader?

Well you firstly start off by introducing what he problem is and you rub it in so to speak - reason is you want them to move from pain to pleasure and the picture you want to paint is the vehicle that will get there is your product. Story​ - A story is usually unique and we are programmed to get hooked into stories and want to know more so using a story works very well. Another benefit of a story is normally it’s unique and helps you stay clear of writing in the same boring fashion everyone else is writing. So in the story section you want to show them how you came from rags to riches, how you understand how they feel, how you understand their pains and frustrations. Sub Headline​ - Is used for 2 reasons #1 to break up the sales letter so it becomes more readable and secondly if someone decides to skim the sales letter they still get a understanding of what it is you’re selling. Ideally your sub headline should stop them from leaving your page and hook them back into reading the sales copy. Proof​ - You want to inject some more proof ideally screenshot proof to keep them hooked in and interested. Introduce Solution AKA Your Offer​ - Once you have grabbed the reader from the eyeballs, determined their problem, established trust you then want to present your offer to them. So in other words you want to give them the solution to their problem.

Features/benefits​ - So the best method to present your offer to them is in bullet points. Have a list of bullet that goes through each of the benefit the customer will get from purchasing your product. Moreover how it will help them overcome their problem and move from pain to pleasure. Proof​ - Again insert another screenshot or 2 of earnings , traffic, etc to increase the believability of your offer. Testimonials​ - This is another crucial form of proof - better known as social proof. The best way for you to get testimonials initially is by taking on a couple clients for a cheaper price than you would normally charge. So if your normal price is $1000 take them on for $500 get them results and ask them for a video testimonial. Guarantee - ​ There are different types of guarantees. So the first one is unconditional which mean under any circumstance you’ll refund the customers money. For example If you don’t make $1000 in 30 days I’ll refund every single cent 100% guaranteed no questions asked. The second type is conditional which means there is a condition to the guarantee. For example If you don’t make $1000 in 30 days I’ll refund every single cent providing you show me you’ve done the work. 23

It’s up to you which guarantee you want to use I use both but because I don’t want people ripping me offer but at the same I want them to feel happy buying from me I limited the unconditional guarantee to first 7 days only. The unconditional guarantee is open as long as they can prove they have done the in which case if they do the work they’ll get the results so there won’t any reason to give their money back. Recap​ - You want to recap your offer, you want it to seem irresistible to your customer and be the ultimate solution to them. Call To Action​ - You actually want to ask the customer for the sale and tell them exactly what action it is you want them to take for example click the buy now button or click the link and schedule a free strategy session etc... Close​ - You want to reiterate some of the pain points and paint the picture in their mind that by buying what it is you’re selling they’ll truly move away from pain to pleasure. It’s as if you want to push them off them fence in to your side of the garden where they pay you. For example one line might : How long will you continue suffering for make a stand and start making money in as fast as 7 days... Your Name​ - You obviously want to add your name to the page to show them that they are buying from a real human being. People buy from people they like and trust. 24

Your Picture​ - So you want to insert your picture to show them that you are a real person and you have nothing to hide because you are as genuine as it gets. P.S. Statements​ - In the first P.S statement you want to inject scarcity so tell them how limited your offer is and make sure it is really limited. P.P.S. Statements - ​ Recap the offer P.P.PS. Statements - ​ Tell them about your guarantee and make them feel as if their is no risk to them because they are genuinely covered by your guarantee Call To Action​ - Similiar to the inital call to action ask for the sale and tell them the specific action you want them to take.

Step 4 - Driving Red Hot Traffic Instantly Once your page is setup and you have it approved by Warrior Forum you then just need to simply pay $20 and the traffic will start to pour in. Warrior Forum will PM you when they approve your thread, so you’ll have a message emailed to you with a link and that where you’ll be able to pay. The good thing about the forum is that once you reach on page 3 of the WSO section you can then pay another $20 to get more high quality traffic to your page. On page 1 you’ll get the most traffic and then as it goes from page to page the traffic comes to an halt as no one really looks beyond page 3. When you’re thread is on page 3 and you’re ready to bump it up to page 1 make sure on the main page it shows more than 4000 people anything less and you’re not going to get maximum exposure. The best days in my testing is Mondays to Thursday for maximum traffic and sales. Also a good time to bump your thread is 11am EST onwards as it usually shows 4000+ people viewing the page You might hear people say the WF is full of freebie seekers and the traffic there is no good however what you must understand is that people visit the Warrior Special Offer section to buy. Just like people visit Amazon or eBay to buy they also visit the WSO section to buy so don’t be fooled into thinking otherwise.

Another method I’ve tested that doesn’t do well for traffic is a sticky post so you can have your offer on the top of WSO section for 24 hours in my testing you can as much traffic as you would from bumping your thread once. When you starting selling mid/high ticket programs your budget exponentially increases, what this is means is you have the ability to pay for as much traffic as you want. On the forum they allow you to have a banner on the main site of the forum this allows you to get way more exposure to your page but it does cost $100 per day. Like I said if you’re selling something for $500 then investing $100 on a paid traffic source is a no brainer. What I would say is test your page until it converts with the $20 bumps once you have a solid conversion rate then invest more money to get bigger returns.

Step 5 - Closing Techniques Congratulation on reaching this far most people won’t even read this report it’s sad but true. So once the traffic visits your page depending on your price point some people will buy from your buy now button and some people will contact you. Personally I believe if the price point is below $97 they’ll buy through the button but anything higher $497 + they’ll want to contact you first to address their concerns and reassure them you can get them the results they want. This is why it’s very important to have various methods for customers to contact you. So the usual method is the forums Private Message and you want to be checking this often. The other methods I use are email, Skype and facebook I recommend having all 3 communication methods listed on your page so your potential customer can contact you and you can either close them via Skype or FB Chat.

So now that you’re aware people will more than likely contact you first you want to be prepared for it. So some of questions your prospect will ask is: 1) General questions about your coaching i.e - the length - the duration - What sort of access they get to you i.e. skype, email, fb, etc 2) They basically want to hear a recap of the offer but from you personally 3) They are looking to see if you really are an expert in that chosen niche and if you really can get them results. Your job is to instill confidence in them and demonstrate your ability to get them results. Price is rarely an issue if you design your money page correctly but you will come across people who will want what you’re selling but they just don’t have the full amount let me give you a scenario of how you will overcome this: You​ - So do we have a deal? Prospect​ - I would love to join but I don’t have the full $1000 today You​ - How much can you reach to today? Baring in mind this is a business investment and businesses require money to make money? Prospect​ - Yeah i totally get that - I can send you $500 today You​ - Ok when will you be able to send the balance? Prospect​ - On the 5th You​ - Ok send over the payment to [give your paypal address]

Sometimes even though you have answered the prospects concerns adequately they will still be on the fence so you can try the following lines: You​ - So do we have a deal? Prospect​ - I need to think about it You​ - What’s holding you back? Prospect​ - Answers with his/hers concerns address them and close the sale. Another scenario you might come across: You​ - So do we have a deal? Prospect​ - I need to think about it You​ - What would make you take it today? Prospect​ - Answers with whatever will make them take it today - give them what it is they need within reason to close the sale. Once they are happy and satisfied with your answer you want to ask for the sale so one of lines you can use to close the sale is the following You​ - So do we have a deal? Prospect​ - Yes You​ - Fantastic I’ll send you the payment link Prospect​ - Great The more potential clients you get in front the better you will get not to mention the more sales you will make.
